Coco Cabana is situated in the gated community of Los Delfines, home to one of Costa Rica’s most stunning golf courses. This quiet neighborhood offers 24-hour security and is fully equipped with everything needed for a restful beach vacation.

The property includes:

• Private saltwater pool

• Outdoor washroom and shower, perfect for rinsing off sand after beach visits

The house is only a one-minute walk from a secluded, beautiful beach.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The home features three bedrooms:

• Master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and individual air conditioning unit
• Second bedroom with a queen-size bed, closet space, and its own air conditioning unit
• Third bedroom with a single bed, dresser, and individual air conditioning unit

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and temperature-controlled air conditioning.

There are two full bathrooms inside the house and a half bathroom poolside.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Full-size refrigerator
• Full-size oven with a 4-burner stovetop
• Microwave
• Coffee maker and kettle
• Pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, mugs, glasses, and cutlery

Location and Surroundings

The property is located on an 8-kilometer beach within a calm cove, ideal for relaxation and suitable for families of all ages. For surfing enthusiasts, world-famous waves are just a short drive away in Montezuma and Santa Teresa.

Wildlife is abundant around the property, including:

• Iguanas
• Howler monkeys
• Various bird species, notably scarlet macaws with their own breeding sanctuary in Los Delfines
• Sea turtles, dolphins, whales, and diverse fish species can often be seen in the water nearby

The community is located in Tambor and provides 24-hour security. Guests have access to the private golf course and sports courts.

• 25-minute flight to Cobano Airport from San Jose or Liberia International Airports
• 20-minute drive from Cobano Airport to Los Delfines
• 2.5-hour drive from Liberia Airport
• 1-hour ferry ride plus 2-hour drive from San Jose Airport
