Casa de las Brisas combines the privacy of a tropical villa with the space and amenities of a private resort in the heart of Manuel Antonio.

The three private pools offer several places to relax amid the tropical surroundings. The large lagoon-style main pool is framed by lush greenery.

The entertainment level is a favorite gathering space, with an indoor splash pool, a wet bar with refrigerator, a pool table, foosball, and a large-screen television. An adjoining terrace with additional loungers overlooks the lagoon pool below.

At the top of the villa, the 1,000-square-foot sky deck overlooks the Pacific Ocean and rainforest canopy. It includes loungers, a covered rancho, a daybed, and a wet bar—ideal for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or sunset drinks.

The villa’s open-air design connects the main living spaces with the surrounding rainforest and tropical breezes. The air-conditioned bedrooms offer cool and comfortable private retreats.

Wildlife is a regular part of the Casa de las Brisas experience. Monkeys, toucans, iguanas, and other tropical visitors are frequently seen around the property.

The villa is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, beaches, and the many attractions and adventures of Manuel Antonio.

Guest Access

Your group will have private use of Casa de las Brisas with five bedrooms available. Although the villa has 10 bedrooms in total, the remaining bedrooms will remain closed and will never be rented to another group during your stay.

The villa and all available common areas are exclusively yours, including:

Important Information About Your Stay

Last-Minute Reservations

This listing offers a special five-bedroom configuration of Casa de las Brisas for reservations made within 60 days of arrival. Private chef service is not included with this rate.

Housekeeping and Laundry

Maid service is available for an additional $25 per day. Guests do not have direct access to the villa’s laundry facilities; personal laundry can be handled by the housekeeping staff.

Security Deposit

For very last-minute check-ins, a refundable cash security deposit of $400–$500 is required, depending on group size. The deposit covers potential damage or missing items and will be fully refunded at check-out, provided nothing is damaged or missing.

Parking

On-site parking is limited to two vehicles. Please contact us in advance if your group will have additional vehicles.
