I have been to Cancun many times and usually stay in the hotel zone, but this time I decided to try a new area. I’m so glad I did. It’s located on the quiet beach, with plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Downtown and the hotel zone are just 10 min Uber ride away, costing only about $5. The condo had a beautiful well-maintained pool. Above all, Erika was a great host, meeting us and showing us around the beautiful room. Having a washer in the room was a big plus too! I’d highly recommend this place!

Erika was an amazing host! She is very warm & down to earth. Her place was exactly as described. It is about a 10min Uber ride from the hotel zone yet it is far away enough to avoid all the business of tourists! My stay there was great & I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay!

The place is just like the pictures. The view is gorgeous! The grounds are impeccable and the staff are friendly. The pool is huge and the small beach is wonderful. There are rocks and seaweed but once you get past that it is perfect. We even saw them out there in the morning raking the seaweed. The restaurant on the beach, Puerto Santo was outstanding. Our food was delicious, prices reasonable and our waiter Jorge was amazing! When you walk out the complex, there is a small store down the street and a few restaurants that are very good. It is a five minute walk to the ferry from the room. Erika was the best and so attentive!! She let us check in early and out a little later due to our flight schedule and even offered to keep our luggage if needed! She truly was the best and we look forward to staying with her again!!

Place was great. Erika was very nice and was there to help whenever we needed her. Only thing was that the security at the place was very strict other than that everything was good.

Pros: * safe. Security/staff everywhere. Quiet. Clean area. * Erika was wonderful, attentive,responsive, helpful. * Bed was comfortable. Kitchen/bathroom stocked. * AC good but took a while to cool the entire room. * Shower hot water. * Curtains were black out to keep room dark. * Beautiful view of the ocean from bed/window. * TV was a smart TV. you can also hook up your Amazon Fire stick. * Beautiful pool CONS: * no restaurant, bar, store on premises to buy anything like soap, water, snacks, bread, beer, etc. you have to walk a couple blocks to main gate and cross the street. * There are no stores, restaurants, bars in neighborhood. There is a "quik mart" across the st. * Impossible to get food delivered. Driver's can't find building. Lost my money on 2 orders with Uber eats. Had to take taxis to eat out * Beach is not for swimming. Rocks, dirty with plants. Need to take ferry a block away to ISLA MUJERES. ($35 ROUND TRIP) beautiful beach and area.
