The Space

The pool, bedrooms, and terrace offer spectacular views. Guests can watch the sun set between the mountains and reflect across the dam each day.

Staff and Services

The rental includes the services of Maira and Victor, who are available to assist guests, prepare meals, and clean the property.

For groups of more than 10 people, guests must hire a second helper.

Capacity and House Rules

The property is rented for family events and accommodates up to 16 people. Up to two additional guests may be accommodated for an extra fee of $110,000 per person, per night.

Please do not rent the property for wild parties.

Adults are responsible for the safety and behavior of minors staying at the property.

Pets weighing up to 5 kilograms are allowed, but they may not enter the pool or climb onto the furniture or beds. If this occurs, a fee of $100,000 will be charged for water treatment and/or furniture cleaning.

Transportation

Visitors to the dam must leave their vehicles at the port and take a water taxi to Las Palmas.

The rental includes one-time round-trip boat transportation between the port and Las Palmas. To support the region, a special October offer is available: book three nights and stay for four.

Daily Boat Rentals

• American Pontoon with a 115-horsepower engine and driver: $1,200,000 per day. Gasoline is not included.
• Montecarlo Ski Boat with a 115-horsepower engine and driver: $770,000 per day. Gasoline is not included.

All passengers transported in the property's boats receive an accident insurance bracelet.
