We had an amazing three-week stay in Tamarindo and absolutely loved the apartment! The spacious and clean bedrooms are upstairs, both with very comfortable beds, their own bathrooms, and A/C. Downstairs, there’s another restroom as well as the kitchen and living area, with comfy couches, a dining table with four chairs, and another A/C 🙌 Tommy was great with communication throughout our stay. Although he was out of town, he always kept us informed and even let us know ahead of time about a scheduled power outage and water cut. The apartment has a 1,000-liter water tank, though, which was more than enough to get us through the day without any problems. The location is great as well. After all, it’s only about a 5–10 minute walk to the beach, depending on your pace. We had an amazing time, the apartment was excellent, and I would highly recommend staying here!

This spot is conveniently close to downtown but just far enough away for it to be quiet. Everything was as described and overall pleased with this place. The pool made it that much better to pass the time in the day.

Second time staying at Tommy’s! Super spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Close to the beach and all kinds of food. Will definitely be back!!!!

Highly recommended. Just like the photos and the details in the description. We felt very comfortable. It's 3 blocks from downtown Tamarindo. You can easily walk there! Regards.

Really loved this place. Really large unit, comfortable beds, hot water, in a laid back complex close to the beach. Host was super nice and flexible and everything in the unit was clean and nicely taken care of. Can’t wait to be back at this place!

Very good service… everything was good. The living room and kitchen were all tidy, and the air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms worked super well. The apartment is just as shown in the photos. We loved the place, the location, and the Tamarindo and Langosta beaches were super close. We liked everything very much. We'll be back!!!

Villa verde felt right at home! Tommy was super friendly and always responsive with whatever we needed! He recommended great local restaurants and activities to do! A wonderful host, highly recommend:)
