Excelente opción para hospedarse, se llega caminando a los principales atractivos de la zona. La casa es cómoda, amplia y confortable, el club de playa completa la experiencia de manera formidable. Sin lugar a dudas es un lugar para volver. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente en todo momento y la comunicación fue rápida y efectiva.

The Blue Venao area is definitely suffering the effects of being a beach front property with poor maintenance. The house is fine at first glance but is falling apart due to age / lack of care. The towels had bleach stains, the sofa cushion has a cigarette burn and the covers are falling off. One of the toilets leaked upon our arrival and we didn’t have hot water. The beach club music is violently loud making conversation pool side nearly impossible and the bass can be heard from house into the night. The whole area also smells faintly of sewage. The staff was very responsive and fixed the hot water and was willing to come in the next day to fix the toilet. They also let us check out an hour late.

The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures (minus the bbq that you can see in the terrace pictures, which we were counting on). The rooms are super spacious and modern, the kitchen is wonderful and the living room is a nice place to hang out on. We really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the terrace. The pool, beach and restaurant area are super nice places to spend the day in, even in the rain. I would definitely recommend this place as a great vacation rental. The only negative thing I can say from the whole experience is that after we left, they tried to blame us for two broken chairs that were like that before we got there, so just be careful with that. Make sure to take note of anything and everything you see looking broken or damaged so this doesn't happen to you.
