Villa Mano de Tigre

So beautiful 😍 ended up booking a second night

The best Airbnb. My children really enjoyed it, and Santiago was very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful stay in La Fortuna! The villa provided beautiful views and a high-quality interior that made us feel right at home. Location was convenient for all our activities but still secluded enough to feel a sense of peace and privacy, with stunning views of the volcano and valley and nature all around! Santiago was an excellent host, always quick to answer our questions and provide recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again, and miss it already!

Our stay at Villas Jawara was absolutely incredible. Santiago was an amazing host from beginning to end. He went above and beyond, even offering to help us book anything we wanted to do during our stay and making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we could have asked for. But the view… absolutely priceless. Waking up and taking in that scenery was something we’ll never forget. I would rent Villas Jawara a million times over again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Costa Rica. Santiago and his place truly made our trip even more special.

This place is magnificent! Book it, don’t second guess it. The views, the wildlife, the plants, the bathrooms, the hot tub and lounge chairs - it was all so amazing! We could just sit there and stair at the volcano while the weather would change from cloudy, rainy and windy to sunny, clear and perfect views in mere minutes. The place is up much higher than the surrounding area, felt very safe and the roads are paved so it feels more peaceful and easily accessible. Everything was close by in town and access to the hot springs within the resort was lovely. We simply loved and would come back again in a heart beat!

Hands down one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The design, layout, and use of the space was so well thought out, with many nice touches. Furniture was all very comfortable in addition to being stylish. The views are obviously breathtaking, and the outdoor space is perfectly appointed. We loved the garden, plunge pool, and rainforest visitors (frogs, lizards) in the yard. The kitchen was well stocked, and the provided coffee was exceptional (ahh, Pura Vida!). The location was central to many things we planned in La Fortuna, and the access to the Los Lagos hot springs was a huge bonus. Be prepared for a windy drive up a mountain in often rainy or foggy conditions, but it is well worth it. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks Santiago!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Mano de Tigre. The villa was spotlessly clean and is in a wonderfully quiet location, yet close to La Fortuna and all kinds of fun activities and sights. A huge plus is that you can use the hot springs of Los Lagos. A wonderful extra during your stay. The location and the views must be fantastic, but unfortunately we only had fog and rain. A good reason to come back again and hopefully then enjoy the view 😃

View was amazing. Everything was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. You def need a car to stay here though.

Our second time visiting Villas Jawara and we loved this villa even more than the first one. Absolutely beautiful and spacious and the amenities at Los Lagos make this the perfect choice for a family!
