Casa Rosa
Casa Rosa is an affordable oceanfront home with spectacular Caribbean views. It offers the comforts and amenities needed for a relaxing stay while remaining close enough to town for convenience and far enough away to escape the crowds.
The home is ideal for families or larger groups and accommodates 8–10 guests. It consists of three separate apartments, each with its own entrance.
Main House
The downstairs main house accommodates 4–6 guests and includes:
- Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed
- A queen-size self-inflating mattress for additional guests
- A fully equipped kitchen with cookware and appliances
- A bathroom with a separate sink and dressing area
- An open dining and living area with plenty of room for family and friends
Sliding doors from the living room and primary bedroom open to the outdoor area. Take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool or enjoy access to the ocean. The beach is rocky, so swimming is recommended only for experienced swimmers and snorkelers. Beach chairs are available for relaxing with a cool drink.
Studio Apartment
Located upstairs, the spacious studio accommodates two guests and features:
- A queen-size bed
- A kitchenette with a table and chairs
- A large bathroom
- A sitting area with a small couch
- A large wraparound deck facing the ocean
The deck is ideal for sunbathing, enjoying the spectacular views, relaxing with a drink, or taking an afternoon siesta. A staircase leads down to the pool area.
Penthouse
The penthouse spans the second and third floors and accommodates 2–4 guests.
The second level features:
- An open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area
- A queen-size fold-out couch for additional guests
- A covered balcony overlooking the front of the house
- A full bathroom
The bedroom is located on the third level, along with a half bathroom and a sundeck. Sliding doors open to a private saltwater plunge pool. From the third-level deck, enjoy spectacular views of the ocean, sunrises, and sunsets.

Casa Rosa is located at the end of Airport Road, approximately a 20-minute walk or a short taxi ride from town and Playa Norte, the island’s most beautiful beach.
There is ample parking in front of the house for a car or golf cart.

The house was exactly as described and perfect for our family Thanksgiving vacation. The views from the penthouse were amazing and the kids loved both pools. The house is convenient to everything on the island and we loved being able to walk out onto our own little beach. Highly recommend!

Excellent home or rather 3 units each with their own lock. This was perfect for our family. The house was spotless including the kitchen and the dishes, sometimes things just don't seem to get clean but this had to be the cleanest I've ever seen!! We had a few things arise and they were all handled immediately if possible, excellent communication!! And you just cannot beat that view no matter what unit you're in! I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you're a family/group who enjoys privacy!

The photos don’t do this property justice! Busy street out front during the day, but if you are home you are probably out back! We will be back! Everyone had such a lovely time !

We spent a week over Christmas at Michael's place. The house was ideal for our group of 6 people. We each had our own private space but were also able to join together for meals and activities. Each apartment is superbly stocked. There is nothing more that you could need. Every kitchen appliance and utensil is available. And there are plenty of towels for everyone. The rooms are spacious and linens very nice. We were very comfortable there. The pool is quite cold - in fact the sea is actually warmer! But unfortunately swimming is very difficult on this side of the island. Even with water shoes we found it to be very rough. This does mean that if you want the beach you will need to take a taxi or rent a golf cart while there. You can easily walk to the large grocery store within 10 minutes. For most restaurants you will need to take a taxi. Micheal was very responsive via message both before and during the reservation. And we were surprised to have cleaning provided at the mid point of our stay! This was much appreciated. Would highly recommend this spot for a family holiday.

Casa Rosa is a beautiful house and allowed our family of 5 adults to enjoy our individual space but yet enjoy family time !!!
