Welcome to Casa Pulpo Paradise

Casa Pulpo Paradise is designed to combine the comfort of home with memorable outdoor experiences. Located in Playacar, this area offers access to blue ocean waters, sandy beaches, jungle landscapes, archaeological treasures, parks, restaurants, clubs, culture, and music.

Whether you want to relax, explore, or enjoy the local entertainment, Playacar provides a wide range of activities and possibilities.

The Space

As you arrive at Casa Pulpo Paradise, a large metallic octopus sculpture welcomes you on the property’s massive wooden entrance door.

The home features:

• Five luxurious bedrooms
• Four and a half bathrooms
• A modern kitchen
• Sliding doors connecting the indoor and outdoor areas
• Balconies overlooking the lush surroundings and pool
• Secure parking for up to four large vehicles
• Custom-made furniture throughout the house
• A private backyard with a swimming pool
• Access to the community pool, located a short walk from the house

Outside, guests can relax in hanging chairs, enjoy one of the three in-pool bar seats, or prepare meals on the Blackstone flat-top grill. A hand-woven pineapple chair provides a distinctive place to relax and take photos.

The pool area also includes a projector and 150-inch screen for streaming movies beneath the Caribbean sky.

Private Chef Experience

Your luxury vacation booking includes a private chef experience exclusively for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Casa Pulpo Paradise.

The private chef service includes:

• Meal preparation
• Cooking
• Serving
• Cleanup

An example menu is available for inspiration, and guests may request favorite meals or dishes tailored to their preferences.

Important Chef Details

• Groceries are not included.
• Guests may purchase groceries themselves.
• The chef can shop on your behalf for a 20% shopping fee.
• A food deposit for groceries and beverages is required seven days before arrival.
• Chef services require at least 72 hours’ notice. Requests made later may not be accommodated.

Personalized meals and special celebrations can also be arranged during your stay.

Pool and Outdoor Features

• A pool worker visits every other day to check the water’s pH level and clean the pool area.
• A gate from the pool area leads to the palapa and a beautiful public pool, approximately a two-minute walk away.
• An outdoor shower is located beside the house, near the pool.
• The backyard and private pool are included with the reservation.

Welcome Drinks

Two stainless steel coolers are provided in the bar area and stocked for your arrival:

• The left cooler contains alcoholic beverages.
• The right cooler contains non-alcoholic drinks.

Drinking Water

The entire house is equipped with a professional water-filtering and softening system, including the bathrooms.

Filtered, drinkable water is available from:

• The special faucet in the kitchen
• The water dispenser in the refrigerator

Internet

The house has two Wi-Fi routers, and internet service is included with the rental.

Location

Casa Pulpo Paradise is located within Playacar, a gated community with 24-hour security.

The property is approximately 0.7 miles from the ocean. Because Playacar’s main road follows an oval layout without direct crossing paths, walking to the beach takes approximately 25 minutes, depending on each guest’s pace.

Six bicycles are available at the property for guest use.

The home is also near Quinta Avenida in Playa del Carmen, with convenient access to:

• Nightlife
• Shopping
• Restaurants
• White sandy beaches
• Local attractions and activities

The Hard Rock Riviera Maya golf course is located within the community and offers lush fairways and challenging holes.

Beach Access

Guests can reach the ocean by walking through Fase Uno in Playacar or by using the entrance on the left side of the REEF resort. This gate is open until 7:00 p.m.

Four complimentary daily passes to the Playacar REEF resort are included with your stay. An entry card will be left in the house.

To use the passes:

1. Take the card to the hotel lobby.
2. Show the card and register.
3. Receive up to four bracelets for your stay.

Please do not lose the card. A replacement costs $50.

The resort is located on the beach and offers oceanfront lounge chairs, pools, and seating areas. The resort has a guest limit, so visiting in the morning is recommended.

Guests who wish to spend the entire day at the resort with food and drinks may purchase all-inclusive day passes for approximately $90 per person.

Taxi Service

Playacar has two taxi stations. Taxi rides are relatively inexpensive, and taxis can be ordered to Casa Pulpo Paradise.

Airport Transportation

One round-trip transportation service from Cancun Airport is included.

Please note that the driver collects one group at a scheduled time and cannot accommodate passengers arriving at different times.

Transportation Options

ADO bus service is available from every airport terminal to the Playacar tourist area, and tickets can be reserved online.

A private van for up to 13 people can also be arranged with advance notice and a deposit for airport pickup and drop-off.

Optional Jeep Rental

Explore the Riviera Maya in a 4x4 convertible Jeep Wrangler.

The Jeep seats five people and includes:

• A convertible roof
• Off-road tires
• A standard DJ sound system
• Insurance, taxes, and additional fees included in the rental price

The rental rate is $130 per day, with a $1,500 refundable security deposit.

Additional house cleaning during your stay is available for $95. Please contact us to arrange the preferred day and time.
