Location
The oceanfront building is located next to 12th Street, known for its clubs, and just steps from Fifth Avenue, where you will find restaurants, bars, and shops.
A swimmable beach is approximately a three-minute walk from the building.
Important Information
Beach Access
The beachfront has been affected by erosion caused by climate change and is not suitable for swimming or recreational activities. It does offer picturesque views of local fishing boats and Cozumel.
Depending on global weather conditions, particularly between May and August, sargassum may or may not be present.
Noise Policy
Parties and loud noise are not permitted, especially between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Noise from nearby clubs may be audible. Excessive noise is subject to a $100 USD fine.
Visitors and Additional Guests
Visiting hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a maximum of six visitors.
Additional guests beyond the eighth person are charged $25 USD per night.
Parking
Free parking is available subject to availability. Please provide the vehicle make and license plate number before arrival.
Smoking and Substances
Smoking, including vaping, is permitted only on terraces with the windows closed. Smoking indoors is subject to a $100 USD fine.
Drug use is strictly prohibited.
Air Conditioning
Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the property. Keep doors and windows closed while it is operating.
Long-Term Stays
For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity is not included and is charged at $3.50 MXN per kilowatt-hour.
Elevator
The elevator has a maximum capacity of two people per ride.
Baby Equipment
A crib and high chair are available upon request for $100 MXN per night per item.
Laundry
Laundry facilities are available for an additional fee. Drying clothes on terraces or windows is not permitted.
Grill Use
Only gas or electric grills may be used on penthouse terraces. Charcoal and wood grills are not permitted.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
