You will feel very comfortable in this quiet and cozy studio, located on the first floor by the pool. Green Forest is located in the desirable community of Las Palmas, 5 minutes walking from the main beach of Playa del Coco, Guanacaste, and 10 minutes from the city center with restaurants, bars and shopping. You will find all you need in the area, which is safe and very welcoming. Playa del Coco is located 24 km or 20 min drive from the LIR Airport. Airport pickup available for additional cost. The space This spacious studio apartment offers a bedroom with a queen size bed, a convertible double size futon, ideal for a third person, another couple or kids, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area and a full bathroom. Your internet connection is 100 MB - excellent for remote working and/or video conferencing. Guest access Guests will receive a code to access the unit when they check in. There will be no keys for the unit. Other things to note The TV is connected to an Android Box with subscription that includes thousands of live channels, movies (VOD) and series.

Would stay here again! Steps from the beach, great and quiet complex. WiFi connection was a little unreliable but didn’t cause any real problems for working remote.

Calin's communication great from start. He collected us from Airport. Place was great value for money very close to beach and short walk to town. Restaurants, Coffee shop and small shop within a 100m. Gardens and Pool really well kept. Friendly Iguanas and Fresh Mangos which kept my two young boys entertained. Internet perfect for keeping in touch with work. Any small issues were resolved immediately. Calin allowed us a late check out.

Place was very comfortable and beautifuly decorated. If something went wrong Calin was there immediately. I would definitely recommend the condo

Hermoso lugar para visitar en familia, muy tranquilo y limpio. El lugar está cerca de la playa, puedes ir caminando. Encuentras restaurantes y súper mercados cerca. Amplia piscina y limpia. Calin muy amable y la comunicación muy eficiente. Además ricos mangos!

I stayed at Calin's place for 32 days & what I like about the place was the location being that it was close to the beach & you didn't have to go into town all the time for dining or supplies as there are several nice restaurant's & a mini mart right next door. The pool is very large & nicely shaped & well maintained. The wi-fi worked great & the a/c also. The bed was comfortable. I was able to prepare some nice meals but it is a little challenging with the space available & no cutting board. I thought it was a good value for the price!

I had a wonderful stay in Coco! Calin’s place is located right beside a few great restaurants and just a five minute walk or so from the beach and Main Street. The unit was very clean, AC was great and the wifi was good. There’s a nice pool and an outdoor shower so you can rinse off before going back into your place. This place is a great value and very comfortable. I would stay here again! Thanks for everything! Pura vida

Calin is absolutely great to work with. Genuinely nice guy that really cares how your stay is going and if he can do anything to improve it. The unit itself is adorable and very comfortable and very usable space. It has a ton of storage space, a well-supplied kitchen which was important for our long stay, with all appliances in good working order. The unit is very clean, and the grounds and pool are well maintained. The entire time we stayed there, it was pleasantly quiet and the other guests were very nice and great to interact with. The location is great, with walking access to the beach, grocery stores and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay here! String wi fi, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, helpful host, friendly neighbour's, good a/c. lots of restaurants close by, short walk to beach and downtown. highly recommend.

I spent a whole month in this place, and everything was perfect. I loved its location and communication with Calin and Rosa was excellent. Also internet works without any issue.
