Overview

Casa Estrellas is a hacienda-style home inspired by the classic architecture of San Miguel’s Old Mexico. Located in Centro on a quiet hillside street, the home offers panoramic city views and is a scenic 10-minute walk from the Parroquia.

The Space

Casa Estrellas combines Old Mexico charm with modern conveniences. Beyond the foyer, the large courtyard features outdoor dining for six, a water fountain, and a grill.

The home also includes:

• Fully equipped kitchen with spices, oils, and purified drinking water
• Sitting room with a gas fireplace and Smart TV
• Dining room adjacent to the kitchen with a television, Apple TV, and gas fireplace
• Water purification throughout the home

The ground floor includes a fourth bedroom and office with:

• Queen bed
• Half bathroom
• Desk and office chair
• Ceiling fan
• Gas fireplace
• No air conditioning
• No direct sunlight

This bedroom does not have its own shower.

The second level has three bedrooms: one with a king bed and two with queen beds.

Rooftop Terrace

The third-level terrace includes a hot tub with beautiful sunset and Parroquia views.

The covered section features:

• Cantina-style bar with bar stools

The open-air area includes:

• High-top table for four
• Lounge space for relaxing in the sun or beneath the stars

Parking

The garage can accommodate one small or medium-sized car. It is not large enough for a truck or large sport utility vehicle.

Guest Access

Guests have access to all areas of the home except:

• A small room off the foyer
• The owner’s closet in the master bedroom

Additional Information

Graciela, the full-time maid, is available for cleaning and light laundry. Daily service may be declined at the guest’s discretion.

For an additional fee, Graciela can also:

• Prepare breakfast for $25 USD plus groceries
• Prepare lunch or other meals for $35 USD plus groceries
• Provide babysitting services for an additional fee

The gardener, Rodrigo, works on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12:00 p.m. for approximately two hours.

The home has reliable, fast Wi-Fi supported by two separate internet services to help ensure nearly continuous availability.

A small cleaning fee is charged. Guests are encouraged to tip Graciela if they enjoyed her services. A suggested amount is approximately 100 pesos per person per night for stays of two to five days, although tipping is discretionary and greatly appreciated.
