Jacuzzi
Guests may use the inflatable jacuzzi in the garden for an additional charge of $15 per day.
To arrange use of the jacuzzi, let the guardian know what time you would like to use it so he can turn it on and bring it to the correct temperature. When you are finished, please ask him to turn it off or turn it off yourself.
Location
The house is centrally located in Antigua, just a few blocks from the arch and Central Park. Although the surrounding street is still developing, it is very quiet and has the peaceful atmosphere of a suburban neighborhood.
Security
Casa de los Abuelos is situated on a relatively safe, semi-private street. The gate is closed in the evenings for additional security. The guardian provides guests with a set of keys so they can open the gate after 7:00 p.m.

we loved staying at eugenia's place! her home was beautifully decorated while being cozy and homey, and eugenia was always responsive to our requests and questions.

We loved Eugenia's home and the location. It is a bit of a walk, however we wanted to be removed and have peace and quiet. It is at least a 10 minute walk to anything along a cobblestone street. The wifi worked in the common areas not in the bedrooms. The housekeeper, Juanita was wonderful. She kindly greeted us and showed us around. The caretaker was available to get the hot tub ready for our evening enjoyment. Eugenia was always available for any questions. We loved the beautiful art displayed in the house.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful accommodations with so much character and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Antigua. Also, make sure you try Eugenia’s restaurant recommendations they were fantastic!

Eugenia’s home is exactly as pictured on Airbnb! It is beautiful and vibrant with lots of spaces to work and hang, and plenty of room for everyone staying there. Unfortunately for us, we were a group of women traveling to Antigua for the first time by ourselves, so the location was a little further away from the main areas of the city center (25 min walk to the nearest restaurants). The walk felt a bit isolated for women walking alone, as was the house location, so we chose to move. With a different group— a family, a mixed group, etc.— we would have stayed!

Eugenia's accommodation is very well decorated and has plenty of space to relax: two lounges, an outdoor area and a small terrace adjoining the master bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything was very clean and the cleaning was done every 3 days. Eugenia is very responsive and helpful. Although the accommodation is a bit outside the city center, everything is within walking distance and there are several good restaurants and cafes 5-10 minutes from the accommodation. Only downside, the listing is in an area under construction so the immediate environment is not very inviting but at the end of the day it didn't bother us too much. Antigua is a charming city and there's plenty to visit and discover.
