We stayed at Kattya's place for a week in mid August. The villa is beautiful, well equipped with everything you need, beautiful grounds. Villa was spotless clean. Beds were super comfortable. We hired Norma to cook us dinners for almost every night and her food was so delicious. She is an amazing cook, just let her know what you'd like. She also asked Norma to buy us some food in advance to stock us up with what we need upon arrival. Pool was very clean and there were even some floating devices for kids and adults. Tap water in villa is drinkable which was so convenient. The best grocery store nearby which had reasonable prices was Super Mercado. We also tried to support local businesses and buy fruits at the local stands along the roads. Mango and papaya were our favorites! We don't recommend to go to Auto Mercado store, though, as prices were too high there. Our favorite beaches were Playa Ocotal and Playa Hermosa which had calmer waters. Great time in Costa Rica!

The place is clean and spacious, thanks to Norma she was always available all the time and in constant communication with me, the kitchen is well equipped, the only thing I didn’t like was to be pressured not to go beyond the budget they have of electricity for the tenants and have no idea what it was, The price seems a little excessive to me and they didn't want to give me a low price for an extra space that occupies, the host was not very accessible she text only when she need it, the bathrooms are not equipped for elderly adults the floors slip and they have nowhere to stand or sit, they have no hose only shower. The pool also has no good access for elderly adults. Something very good is that apart from the rooms already available inside the house they have some apartments apart inside the property with more space available for $125 a night. But In general we have a good time, I think the place is perfect for young adults or young people.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and honestly could not have asked for a better experience in Costa Rica. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, and this is easily one of our top five. The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. There were no surprises — everything was just as advertised, and it was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our time in Costa Rica. A huge part of what made this stay so special was Norma. She took care of anything we needed and prepared four incredible meals for us during our stay. Every meal was outstanding, but more than that, Norma was so warm, helpful, and welcoming that by the end of our trip, she genuinely felt like part of the family. I stayed here for my birthday trip, with seven of my friends. The home was BEAUTIFUL, looked exactly like the photos. The host was super responsive. Norma made delicious breakfast for us. Would recommend your family to stay here.

Definitely recommend. Norma was fantastic, we had her cook 2 meals for us and both were outstanding.

Our stay at Kattya’s place was wonderful! It is a beautiful house, yard and pool. It was very easy to feel at home. Absolutely great place for kids to run around. The access to the Coco Bay Beach Club was a bonus that the family loved. Kattya was so wonderful with helping organize airport transportation and trips. She takes the time to call and answer any questions you may have and help where she can. Norma was there to greet us when we arrived and was so helpful throughout our stay. She cooked meals for us throughout our stay that were absolutely amazing. As other posts suggest, there is some traffic noise, but we knew that based on other posts. It is a great place to stay! Hearing the howler monkeys in the mornings was always exciting as well. We rented the golf cart for our time there and it was just what we needed for going into town and visiting Ocotal beach.
