The Space

This impressive 5-bedroom apartment is located on the best beach in Acapulco Diamante, making it an excellent choice for families. The entire apartment faces the sea, offering beautiful views along with spacious and elegant living areas.

The condominium provides exclusive beach awnings equipped with sunbeds, chairs, and tables for guests' use. Towels for the pool and beach are provided and must be used as per condominium rules (marked with the apartment number). Additional towels and linens are available for indoor use. Beach cots and coffee tables are also included on the private beach.

Location

Within a 5-minute distance, you will find a variety of restaurants serving international cuisine and a snack bar offering affordable prices.

Guest Access

Guests have access to several amenities within the condominium, including:

• A large panoramic pool with ocean views and two Jacuzzis
• Steam room, gym, showers, spa, and massage tables for both men and women
• Paddle tennis court
• Children's play area
• Games room featuring Sky TV, ping pong, a jockey table, air conditioning, a bar, and tables for cards or dominoes

Please note that the party room is not available for guest use.

Important Information and Rules

By agreement with the condominium, the full names of all guests aged 12 and older staying in the apartment must be provided. Upon arrival, guests will receive bracelets for condominium access, each costing 250 pesos. A security deposit of 6,000 pesos is required and will be fully refunded if the apartment is left in perfect condition.

Guests must also provide details for up to two cars, including license plate numbers, at least two days before arrival to ensure smooth access to the condominium.

Cleaning service is available for 500 pesos per day.

Timely check-out is essential to allow sufficient time to prepare the apartment for the next guests.

Conduct and Regulations

Strict rules of conduct apply within the condominium:

• In the pool area, the following are strictly prohibited: ice buckets, glass containers, pets, Brazilian-style flip-flops, and speakers.
• Fines for violations start at 2,000 pesos and must be paid by the responsible guests before departure.
• Any form of physical or verbal aggression toward staff, neighbors, or other guests will not be tolerated.
• Loud parties are forbidden.
• Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed; smoking is permitted only on the terrace. Cigarette butts must not be discarded over the edge as they may fall onto neighbors below. Any damage or fines resulting from this will be charged to the guest before departure.
