Overview

Villa Ananda was born from a love for the Osa Peninsula, a unique destination where tropical rainforest meets the stunning whitewater ocean. Guests are welcomed by vibrant birds, playful monkeys, and diverse wildlife. The villa offers private sunset views overlooking Isla Ballena, Las Tres Hermanas, and the left side of the renowned Whales Tale.

The Space

This modern and elegant home is decorated with distinctive pieces crafted by both local and international artisans, designed to evoke tranquility, relaxation, and inspiration. Expansive covered outdoor living and dining areas flow effortlessly into the gourmet kitchen and indoor living room. From every angle, you can enjoy breathtaking views and the soothing sounds of the ocean and jungle.

The villa includes:

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Villa Ananda features four bedrooms, all air-conditioned:

• Two spacious master suites with king beds, private balconies, and en-suite bathrooms featuring Bali-style stone vanities and walk-in indoor/outdoor showers
• One bedroom with a queen bed and jungle views, including an en-suite bathroom
• A fully air-conditioned private studio with a queen bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, living and dining areas, and a kitchenette

Please note, the villa may not be suitable for children under five years old unless closely supervised around the pool.

Location and Neighborhood

Situated midway between Uvita and Ojochal (approximately 5 miles to each) and 27 miles south of Dominical, Villa Ananda provides easy access to excellent beaches for swimming, surfing, and beachcombing. Nearby attractions include the National Park, waterfalls, rivers, jungle tours, Osa Hospital, and Osa Golf Course.

Guest Access and Transportation

Villa Ananda is just a one-minute drive from the Costanera Highway via a well-maintained road. While a two-wheel drive vehicle can reach the property, a four-wheel drive SUV is recommended for exploring the surrounding region.

The property is secured by a well-lit gate operated by keypad or remote control. Ample parking is available in front of the house.
