The condo has everything you need for an exceptional stay. The wifi is fast, and you can work with the best view ever imagine! Don't forget your Amazon Prime or Netflix member to enjoy watching great movies on the sofa,! The residents of the building are very friendly, and they mostly come to spend the winter from the northern hemisphere. There is a barbecue area, swimming pool, gym, games, and reading area. Only 15 minutes away you are in Coronado where you can find supermarkets, banks, and everything you need to live happily on the beach. Parking is available, but it is open sky inside the building. Enjoy your stay by taking a SURF LESSON with us or renting your surfboard, located in El Palmar at only 10 min driving! Also, we can organize for you hiking in el Valle, La Lagura, or play golf in the area. Great place right on the beach. Beach bar right next to it was also great. It was awesome having nothing between me and the ocean. Hearing the waves crash was so helpful to put me to sleep.

My second time staying with Flor. Good value for $. Close to the beach, nice pool in building. Everything you want in a place close to the beach, nothing you do not need.

We had a really great 17 nights at Flor’s condo. Directions and instructions to get in were spot on, the place was clean and in a perfect location. Wifi worked great and the kitchen was well stocked to make it easy for lots of meals that we cooked in the apartment. Flor was a great communicator, always responding quickly days before we arrived with any questions that we had. We would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a perfect spot to explore the area and just chill on the beach and at the pool. Hope to someday return. Thanks for the great stay!!

Condo is in a well maintained and clean complex. Steps to a clean uncrowded beach. Beach is safe for wading & swimming almost every day except when the wind blew very hard. Complex has a lovely swimming pool, a decent little workout room, an ample social room with lots of book, pool table, and table tennis. This unit would greatly benefit from blinds or curtains in living room as the sun blasts in with a vengeance, thus the A/C is required to be on all afternoon to compensate. Unit is sparsely furnished but was adequate for the 2 of us. Kitchen is well equipped with nice appliances, a brand new refrigerator, and a lovely washer/dryer stack. Bring mosquito repellent.
