This was a great experience from start to finish. We were provided with helpful recommendations and the apartment was very comfortable.

Spacious and awesome place to stay. Had everything we needed and more. I hope to stay here on every CDMX stay in the future. Clean and very walkable location.

The location is excellent. It's a beautiful, well functioning apartment. Hosts are incredibly responsive. We stayed for a week, and one of the things we appreciated the most was being able to go out at night... walking, and it always felt safe. We did this every night. The restaurants in the neighborhood are fantastic! There's even a great breakfast place right next door. Excellent enchiladas, fresh squeezed juices and amazing hot chocolate. We'd certainly stay with Armando again!

Roma Norte Apartment location was perfect - making it easy to walk & explore nearby cafes, taquerias, Panaderia Rosetta, and Sumesa Market for bottled water, fresh fruit, etc. Easy for uber drivers to find. Building secure & quiet. Apartment decor dramatic & artsy, yet cosy & comfortable for 4 adults. Full sized kitchen and 2 full bathrooms were spotless, great towels, and had everything we needed. Finding Bottled water & beer in fridge on arrival appreciated! Armando & Team provided timely & helpful responses to inquires/messages. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Armando and team were fantastic hosts. They were super responsive to our needs during our visit. A/C was a must for our family and the apartment delivered on that promise. The location was perfect for our family trip. Walkable to so many lovely shops and restaurants.

Armando's place is amazing! The apartment itself is beautiful and exactly as pictured - it was perfect for our family of four. It is spacious and clean and the location is ideally located in the heart of Roma Norte - it's also easy to walk to Condesa. There are endless restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance, as well as a grocery store just a few short blocks away, which was very convenient - they had everything we needed. The kitchen also is well-stocked and the appliances work well for the (few) meals we made at home. In addition to the wonderful apartment itself, Armando is great at proactive and friendly communication. He made several helpful recommendations and was incredibly responsive to the multiple questions we had. We could not have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this apartment for anyone traveling to CDMX!

Armando’s apartment was the perfect stay for my family of five. This was my first time bringing my children to Mexico and my first time coming back in 20 years. The location was exactly what I wanted for my family. Armando was extremely responsive whenever I sent a message. The apartment was bright and inviting with the perfect space for all of us. I would definitely stay here again when we return to CDMX. We walked all over the neighborhood and enjoyed the foods, cafes and shops.
