Kim House is a large and attractive home with a pool, situated in Orotina along Route 34. This residence is ideal for large families seeking comfort and spacious living with tasteful design.

The property includes six bedrooms arranged as follows:

• Main bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom.
• Second bedroom featuring a queen bed and a single bed.
• Third bedroom with two double beds.
• Fourth bedroom with a bunk bed consisting of a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.
• Fifth bedroom containing a double bed and a single bed.
• Sixth bedroom with a bunk bed, including a double bed below and a single bed above.

There are 3.5 bathrooms in total: one in the main bedroom, two near the secondary bedrooms, and a half bathroom in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, and all necessary cookware.

Outside, the property boasts a spacious terrace furnished with a dining set and a charcoal grill. The large swimming pool measures 12 meters in length, 6 meters in width, and has a depth of 1.5 meters.

Kim House enjoys a strategic location on Route 34, approximately:

• 35 minutes from Jacó

• The grill uses charcoal; guests should bring their own charcoal.

• Property keys are handed over by a staff member, with a delivery time of about 5 to 10 minutes.
• Parking accommodates up to six vehicles.
• Although Kim House is conveniently located on Route 34, the access road after turning off the main road is unpaved with ballast. Any standard vehicle can enter, provided it has not been modified to sit lower.
