The Space
Our stylish three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is situated beachfront in Playacar, a private gated community with 24/7 security. The villa is just a 10-minute walk from the heart of Playa del Carmen.
The air-conditioned villa offers a comfortable lounge equipped with a flat-screen cable smart TV, free Netflix, Bluetooth speakers, and complimentary 150 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities are available for guest use. Housekeeping is provided Monday through Saturday.
The master bedroom overlooks the ocean and includes a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with double sinks, a toilet, and a double shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom contains two queen-size beds and a closet. The third bathroom with a shower is located outside the third bedroom.

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing stay at Salvador’s place. It was beautiful and the host made us feel so at home. The neighborhood is so same and the host communicated better than any host I’ve ever talked to. Truly truly wonderful and I highly highly recommend!

This place was absolutely MAGICAL, the view was stunning, the area was walkable and the weather was great. Sitting out by the pool overlooking the ocean was incredibly relaxing and felt like a true vacation. The host was responsive and very friendly. Do yourself a favor and book this gem : )

The perfect place to get off in Playa del Carmen. Absolutely safe thanks to the security zone. Location priceless. Atlantic right in front of the house. A few steps from the world-famous 5th Av. the host jorge was a treasure. we highly recommend the house moskito.
