2BR Condo in San Lucas Toliman

One of the best places I have ever stayed. It has many amenities and the view is spectacular. The people who welcome you at the place are very friendly. We ordered food that is prepared at the place by an extraordinary chef, and everything was exquisite. The place has a Jacuzzi that is prepared beforehand, and everything is very neat and clean. I really highly recommend it, and I hope to return soon and stay there again with my family.

I do not know where to begin. Staying at Guatamala dreams was such not only an organized but relaxing experience. I went to Lake Atilan for my birthday and they made the experience rememberable. Everyone was very hospitable and having Jonty as a host made us right at ease with his responsiveness and warm spirit. He was communicative and actually helped with the itinerary and transportation with included prices. The villa was gorgeous and I am an animal lover, so the fur friends wondering around was a plus. You can tell they are used to interacting because each one was friendly. I highly recommend Guatemala Dreams as the villa to stay and we will be returning to the exact villa! What a great experience

The property is more than a hotel, it’s an experience! From a highly attentive property manager to a wood‑heated sauna, a relaxing hot tub, and a forest bathroom with a waterfall shower, every detail feels curated. The space is beautiful, with an artistic and tasteful design. Both hosts were exceptionally attentive and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. We also used their travel agency, which was top‑notch and fairly- priced (I know because I got an estimate from a local captain, who tried to overcharge me, when Kimberly and Jonty did not). We loved the blend of eco-conscious touches and luxury.

It was a wonderful time! The place is beautiful and it is super easy to get around to the towns to shop and have wonderful food!

Beautiful apartment, very peaceful location and close to San Lucas if you need anything. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner while at Guatemala Dreams.

We absolutely adored our stay in the treehouse suite. What a special place to call home for our time around lake atitlan. From the staff ( the cook 5⭐️) to location to views and comfort it was our favourite place in Guatemala. 100% will be back

Kimberly was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The location was beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Check in was smooth, and everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.
