The place is amazing, the beach is beautiful and practically private, the house is very good and the spaces are very cozy, especially for several people. There are some maintenance issues that, although it is true that a house next to the ocean suffers more rapid deterioration, I think that for the cost they can be perfectly resolved. For example, the recirculation of the pool was broken and we were not notified in advance, and when we asked, they told us that they did not have time to repair it because they always have guests. Another thing they need to work on is cleaning. There are many details that indicate a lack of deep cleaning and time, such as grease buildup in the kitchen and hair in the showers. There was also a fish odor in the refrigerator. Overall, we spent a few very nice days with family and friends, and the truth is that the place is unbeatable. I think that with a little effort, they can improve these details because the potential is immense.

The house is very nice. It has everything you need. Everything is very clean. The blankets and towels smelled really good!!! The pool is in perfect condition, and the beach is just a few steps away!!! I really thank Jessica for all her attentiveness. We felt right at home!! I highly recommend this property!!!

An excellent place, we spent a few days relaxing! The house is very nice and very functional !! The beach is unbeatable, I am very grateful to Jessica for her attention at all times. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time We'll located, great beach... Social areas and rooms are nice and have lots of space The place do need a bit of update, just as most houses on the beach do, but nothing that is really affects the stay Jessica was responsive and helpful, Fransico who takes care of the property was super nice and help with any request We will be more than happy to return Thank you

Great house & view. Jessica & team were amazing hosts. They assisted us in having a bonfire on the beach which was amazing with s’mores. I also recommend taking advantage of the jet ski rentals. Definitely a great time & we will be back. Thank you, Jessica & team for a great stay!
