Cindy was proactive with all the info we needed, responsive and gave easy step by step directions including photos. The space was extremely well appointed! There was even a small cooler and umbrella we could take to the beach. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the marina while still being walkable to everywhere we wanted to go.

Cindy was amazing! She let us check in a little early as our flight got in mid afternoon. Any concerns I have were addressed right away and her instructions were super clear. It was really close to a lot of things so getting around was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend!

Cindy was an amazing host, friendly and with great communication. We really enjoyed our stay here and the bonus was that the Casa Martin and Vaca Tinta restaurants were only a 2 minute walk away plus convenience stores. Everything was easily accessible and Uber to downtown/marin was only $5-$8. The unit already came fully equipped which made it a lot easier to cook and relax. We travel to Cabo every year and are familiar with Padregal and this particular street so there was no surprise with the daily commuters for us and didnt bother us. The unit was nicely decorated and clean and great for working remotely. The pool was great and perfect after a hot day in Cabo and the massive tv was an added bonus for us watching the World Cup :) We would love to book again one day!

Great service, clean rooms with plenty of clean towels, great morning view. The host (Cindy) was very nice and responsive at all the time of needs. Place is super close to everything around 10 to 15 mint walk to most restaurants.

Cindy has a nice condo, but there are several important things to be aware of. The hot water in the unit is very limited, we stayed for 7 days and ended up taking cold showers most of the time. The outdoor showers by the pool are also only cold water. The two swimming pools on the property were extremely cold and not really usable, which was disappointing since we were traveling with children and were hoping to use them. The sauna was not working during our stay, and overall the building feels like it could use better maintenance. The property is located on a steep hill, so walking anywhere is quite difficult and not very practical. On the weekends, we noticed groups of younger people in the complex who were very loud and noisy, which made it feel less like a relaxing vacation environment.Additionally, after checkout, the host claimed damages that we felt were excessive and out of proportion. It left us feeling uncomfortable and frankly, like we were being taken advantage of.
