A very central and accessible place; it had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Very good value for money. The only issue was the ventilation; not all the windows could be opened, and those that did open lacked screens to prevent mosquitoes from entering, so we had to use the air conditioning a lot; otherwise, the place would get extremely hot. And at times, there was a bit of noise from the neighbors.

Staying at Arsenio’s place was comfortable and relaxing. Being able to easily walk downtown was super convenient. Arsenio helped us with contacting transportation to La Fortuna and around the area. Overall our stay was great and couldn’t recommend his place enough!

A month! Maybe for many this is a long time, however, it went by very quickly. Arsenio is always attentive and super friendly. If you need anything, just let him know and he'll help you. An unexpected detail was the discount on activities in the area, read the QR on the TV table and apply the STOP code. It was a great surprise. Also the La Parada restaurant, super recommended and also with a discount for Arsenio guests. I would definitely stay in this apartment again. La Fortuna is magnificent.

Arsenio was the perfect host! He responded quickly to any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment was perfect for our month long stay. The beds were super comfy and it was nice having a washing machine. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to fix meals at home. It was easy to walk downtown too. I highly recommend it and I'd stay there again.

It was very good, the place is very comfortable, and nice. If the sound of the par or above is filtered. The place is safe. I would recommend maybe closing the parking area for a greater sense of tranquility, but overall it was excellent.
