The place exceeded all our expectations. From the moment of arrival, everything was impeccable, super clean and with beautiful décor that makes you feel like you're in a true tropical paradise. The location is perfect: close to the beach, excellent restaurants and downtown Tamarindo, but far enough away to ensure absolute tranquility and a restful night's sleep.

The hosts were extremely kind, attentive, and communicated excellently

The house is beautiful: spacious, bright and very comfortable. It is located close to everything, within a safe, quiet and very nice condominium, which made our stay very pleasant.

The only drawback we had was that, upon arrival, the pool was quite dirty and seemed to have not been maintained for several days. We contacted Esteban and he responded immediately, coordinating the cleaning for the next day. Although we were only able to enjoy it from noon on our second day, we appreciated how quickly you handled the situation.

We want to highlight Esteban's excellent service. He was always kind, attentive and very diligent. In addition, as a gesture for the inconvenience, he authorized a very generous late check-out, which we greatly appreciate.

Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay at Villa Dunama again. We recommend it!

This was an amazing stay, exactly how the picture show it! There is a delay with gaining access to the home upon arrival but other than that top tier stay!

The place offers privacy and security. It is perfect for family trips. Everyone has their own rooms and bathrooms. The living area and pool were our favorite places in the house! The rangers were amazing and Esteban was too! I would definitely come back.

Great Location , 3 days chillin and having fun in Tamarindo

This was a lovely place to stay for a group of college students during our spring break. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and felt very luxurious—perfect for a large group of college friends. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and hang out together, and the overall setup made it really easy for a big group to enjoy the trip!

During our stay, the area experienced a water shortage that temporarily affected the house, and we also had a small flooding issue on one of the floors. While these things were unexpected, the host was responsive and helpful in addressing them, and we understood how these things can happen in the area.

Overall, we had a really fun stay and the property worked very well for a big group. It’s a great spot if you’re traveling with a lot of people and want somewhere comfortable to stay in Tamarindo.

We had a great stay in Costa Rica. Esteban was an extremely attentive host, and Jennifer, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit.

There were a couple of minor issues—a dishwasher leak and a bad smell in one upstairs bathroom—but both were addressed quickly, and the cleaning crew resolved the bathroom issue right away.

Overall, a comfortable home, great communication, and a well-managed property. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing home and a good location. Area is a little dark and secluded at night so would recommend renting a golf cart to get around. The home is BEAUTIFUL. Just as described. Great for large groups. Very spacious! Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back again.

Fantastic Stay in Tamarindo!

We had an amazing trip to Tamarindo, and this home made it even better. House is spacious, modern, and beautifully landscaped. Plenty of privacy even in a neighborhood. It’s walkable to town and located on a nice street in the gated community. We felt very safe.

The open-concept layout, high ceilings, and large sliding doors create a seamless indoor-outdoor vibe. Bedrooms are roomy and each one has its own AC. Bathrooms are stylish, with the bonus of 2 outdoor showers.

The kitchen has essentials, a gas stove, blender and an outdoor gas grill, though more serving dishes, some wine glasses, and a toaster would’ve been helpful. The pool is perfect for cooling off and well-furnished for relaxing. Minor issues with construction dust and pool maintenance were quickly handled by the host. Sonos works, you need the S1/S2 app.

Note: limited bath towels, no washcloths, dull knives, and brief city water outages—small things, but worth planning for. We loved our stay!

We just had a wonderful stay in Tamarindo. Esteban’s house was beautiful and had a great location. We were only two families so we had a lot of space. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there but there were a few improvements that can be made. Prior to our stay, it was difficult to get a response from Esteban. It would sometimes take several days and sometimes the response was not clear. We were then contacted by Jennifer and she was more responsive. We didn’t have clear instructions for getting into the house until the very last second (I would suggest to the hosts to send the address and instructions a few days prior as some people might not have telephone connection when they arrive to Costa Rica). When we did find the house, we liked the fact that you had a security guard at all times.

The location of the house was perfect. There is some construction going on around the house but that did not bother us. The pool is great and the beds are really comfortable.

All great! We'd stay at the house again with. Sure !

We were a family of eight. Six adults and two children. There was lots of space for everyone.

Kitchen and entertainment area was wonderful. We all spent a lot of time in this area. All bedrooms were very large. The pool and back yard very comfortable. We use the BBQ many times. it worked famously

This villa is walkable to beach and town. We rented golf carts from EG, they was very convenient to have especially with young children and for picking up groceries etc.

Esteban and his crew were quick to respond when we had questions and checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that everything was going well. We can't say enough great things, except that we will be back. Thank you! Our family vacation was awesome!!!

Perfect stay, the house is pretty new and super clean. It felt really safe and private. there's AC across the house/bedrooms and the pool is a great addition. the grill is perfect and there's a lot of space for having a great time

The place was beautiful and private. House was appropriately stocked with any and all toiletries and the like fully stocked. Pool was amazing and the house was truly the star. Host was kind and attentive to all of our needs

First time in Costa Rica and Esteban & his team made everything a breeze. Definitely recommend this property or any they manage. 24 hour guards, beautiful villa, mins from town and the beach. Fast response times and overall great host! Will definitely be back soon!
