The Space
This bright and airy home is designed for seamless indoor/outdoor living, furnished specifically to accommodate large groups of friends and family comfortably. Expansive open areas encourage socializing, while six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms provide the privacy needed for a restful night's sleep.
The house borders a large green space filled with native and tropical plants and is the closest residence to the ocean in the neighborhood. The pool and outdoor dining areas offer a high level of privacy, enhancing the experience of spending time with loved ones.
The dining table inside seats 12 guests comfortably, and the outdoor patio table also accommodates 12. Guests have even brought the outdoor table inside to create a larger communal dining space.

Additional Information
Typically, guests may stay later on the day of checkout unless there is a same-day arrival. In those cases, guests are welcome to keep packed bags in one area and use a common room such as the living room while cleaning is underway.
Flexible arrival times allow new guests to drop off luggage as early as 11 a.m. Communication will be provided if same-day check-in or checkout arrangements are necessary, though this occurs only a few times per year and has not posed any issues.
While the listing is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, the home's close proximity to the beach means there may be occasional permanent stains, scuffs, scratches, or minor damage. Items with cosmetic wear are replaced regularly, but not after every guest.

House was perfect. 10-15 minute car ride to downtown area. The host Issac was the best, he took very good care of us and helped us with anything we needed. If he recommended something it was always amazing.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The house is in a great location; peaceful, quiet, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The property itself was good, though it could benefit from some updates. Some of the outdoor furniture and beach towels are showing their age, and the kitchen could use a few more coffee mugs and utensils for the number of guests the home can accommodate. None of these things took away from our trip. What truly made this experience exceptional was the service. Sarah and her team were outstanding from start to finish. Isaac was phenomenal; his communication was quick, he helped coordinate our transportation, arranged an amazing private chef, and made everything effortless. Those services made our vacation even more enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend taking advantage of everything they offer, as they truly elevated our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at Sarah’s place! From the moment we booked, everything was seamless. Isaac made it incredibly easy to coordinate and book everything we needed during our stay, which took so much stress off our group. A huge shoutout to Christian, our private driver, who was amazing. He was always available to take us wherever we needed to go and pick us up at any time, so we never had to worry about finding transportation or dealing with Ubers. Gabriel was hands down the best chef ever! Every meal was delicious, always served warm, and perfectly on time. He truly made our trip extra special, and everyone in our group looked forward to every meal. The maid who came during the end of our stay was so sweet, kind, and she kept everything looking great. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Airbnb was located in a very safe and secure neighborhood. Very close to all the nice restaurants and a short drive to town. Isaac the concierge was 10/10 fantastic - extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed from car service 24/7, chef arrangements, and stocking the refrigerator with goods before we even got there. The view was beautiful and pool was great.
