Come stay and relax at Casa Luna Del Mar, A Brand New Modern residential home 5 minute walking distance to the beach.

The space Enjoy your stay in spacious high ceiling bedrooms. Each room is equipped with its individual mini split unit and memory foam/pillow top mattresses for your accommodation. 2 car garage with dryer and washer. As you walk in the front door you will see Bedroom #1 to your right. The bed will sleep 2 and the sofa will sleep 1. The following door to your right will be the Master bed room with a view to the pool and with its master bathroom. As you exit the master bedroom, you will see garage door to the left and the downstairs bathroom to the right. Your next left before stairs will lead you to Bedroom #3 with double full beds. Bathrooms are equipped with ring light, fan and BT speaker. Living room is equipped with bluetooth surround sound and an electrical fireplace. Kitchen will have a variety of dishes, toaster, blender, keurig (bring your own keurig cups for coffee). The backyard is the best way to access beach as you'll see a path way that leads you to ocean. Backyard has a propane BBQ Grill (must manually turn propane tank on and off, located in double door under grill along with cleaning brush and clamps) outdoor shower, 4FT deep pool (NO DIVING) with pool light and spill way controls exiting door to the right on wall. There is also a restroom outside for when in pool and won't have to worry about going inside wet. WE ASK NO GLASS BY THE POOL TO AVOID INJURIES. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE POOL. As you go upstairs (WE ASK YOU NOT TO TOUCH THE CHANDELIER) will have a door to your left which will be Bedroom #4 with Patio access. Next to that room you have the upstairs Bathroom also equipped with ring light, fan and BT speaker. Coming up the stairs to your right you will see a back balcony door for amazing ocean views. Next to that you will have Bedroom #5 with 2 windows, 1 that has ocean views. And finally you will see the front patio access door. Front patio has a propane BBQ grill with sink and also amazing ocean views!!

PUTTING GREEN OUT FRONT IS FOR LOOKS ONLY TO AVOID DAMAGES.

Guest access Before entering the COSTA DIAMANTE COMMUNITY you will run into the first guard house that will ask you where you're heading to. Once you tell them you're heading to Costa Diamante you will enter and you will have to check in with the second guard house. THE PERSON WHOS NAME IS UNDER THE RESERVATION MUST BE PRESENT TO CHECK IN. The máximum capacity is 12 guest but the community allows you to bring another 2 for a total of 14 persons with a bracelet charge for person # 13 & 14 —- Please have your confirmation number ready and they will provide all guest with bracelets for security purposes. Upon check in time your access code will be prompt thru the air b n b app.

Other things to note NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE AFTER 10PM! NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE! NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED IN COSTA DIAMANTE!!!! NO VISITORS ALLOWED! PETS ARE ALLOWED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST BUT WILL BE FINED FOR ANY DAMAGES AS WE HAVE A NO PETS ALLOWED ON FURNITURE, BEDS AND POOL POLICY. WE ASK WHEN BRINGING A PET, BRING THEIR OWN BED.

FOR PARKING, MAXIMUM 3 CARS ARE ALLOWED PER HOUSE. NO PARKING ON STREET OR YOU WILL BE TOWED.
