Nos cambiaron la reservación a Casa Yoga la cual no cumplía con lo que habíamos reservado previamente. Después de una revisión lograron hospedarnos en la Villa Serenity, que había sido la que habíamos rentado, es cómoda con acceso a la piscina, sin embargo, notamos filtraciones de agua en la pared debajo del aire acondicionado, el baño con suciedades en la pared, la cortina de la cocina rota y las toallas del baño gastadas y rotas. La piscina secundaria estaba sucia con hongos en los bordes, no cambiaban las toallas de la piscina, había que solicitar que encendieran las luces de la piscina a recepción. En general hay muy mala comunicación por parte de recepción, al ingresar no recibimos instrucciones claras, la limpieza no fue la mejor y la comida del restaurante no fue buena. El sitio es lejos de la playa y la calle está en mal estado. Acá no esperes calidad en cuanto relación al precio, ni buena atención al cliente.

Excellent logement avec un très bon accueil, un endroit très paisible et hors du temps (intimiste). Nous étions avec nos filles âgées de 1 an et l’hôte disposait de deux lits bébé, elles ont été très bien accueillies tout comme nous. La douche en extérieur est un réelle point fort et c’est extrêmement agréable même lorsqu’il pleut comme la piscine. Nous recommandons de passer un séjour chez ces hôtes, ça vaut de coup !

A fantastic place. I own a hotel nearby and when I need to stay elsewhere I always stay here. The design is incredible, the amenities are amazing, and it's truly underpriced for what you get.

Aves is one of the best hotels in Montezuma. With it’s beautiful architecture, thoughtful design and the surrounding nature, it is truly unbeatable. This is my second time staying and absolutely love it once again. We will be back! If you can, hurry and book now!

Die bisher schönste Anlage in ganz Costa Rica. Das Zimmer ist hübsch eingerichtet und die Aussendusche ein Hit. Unser Zimmer lag direkt am oberen Pool und so hatten wir immer eine Blick auf unseren Sohn. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Wir haben es zwar nicht genutzt, aber der Yoga-Platz ist ein Traum mit Blick zum Meer. Die Kommunikation mit Mike und seinem Team war makellos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
