Bad experience. Arrived with 12 guests for a birthday dinner. Check in time was at 3 and we arrived at 4:30pm and the house was not clean. The cleaning crew was there and there were beer cans, trash, old decorations and a dirty pool which our guest cleaned. After two hours there was no water at the property for the duration of the stay. When contacting the host they told us it was out of their hands and nothing they could do. Only offered to cancel the reservation and issue a full refund if we left then (8:30pm) which would have left us stranded and hour outside of Medellin with no transportation until the next day. They came across as very inconsiderate and rude. After contacting AIRBNB we reached a resolution, they did provide bottles of water to flush the toilets and shower and did extend our check out time, however it was embarassing and certainly not worth 790 usd per night. I would have expected empathy, professionalism and updates on the situation. 93 use for cleaning.

House was as described in the pictures and did not disappoint , Bibian was very responsive with any request also very helpful finding services in the are as the house is somehow remote .

A beautiful and pleasant house, exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious areas that allowed us to spend a happy time with family. Bibian was always available and helped us, so we had someone who was helping with the kitchen and cleaning tasks. Please note that there is a stretch of unpaved road and stairs in the house for people with mobility issues. Highly recommended place!!!

It is a very nice and tidy place; not recommended if you are planning to have a party until the early hours, as the subdivision rules are strict. Bibian is very friendly and helpful. They checked us in a little late because they were cleaning, but everything was great.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb in Sopetrán, Colombia, and it exceeded all our expectations. The property was exactly as described—if anything, even better in person. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, which made for an extremely comfortable stay. The hosts were outstanding—very attentive, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. Their communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This is easily one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. We would definitely come back!
