The Space

Other Things to Note
Electricity
To keep the nightly rate competitive while encouraging responsible energy use, stays of up to six nights include an allowance of 20 kilowatt-hours per night. This is sufficient for most guests who use the air conditioning responsibly.
If total electricity consumption exceeds the included allowance, the additional usage is charged at US$0.50 per kilowatt-hour.
Stays of seven nights or more receive a discounted nightly rate and are billed separately for all electricity consumed. Usage is calculated from meter readings taken together at check-in and check-out. The electricity rate is US$0.50 per kilowatt-hour. Any electricity charges are payable in cash at check-out.
Transportation
The condo is approximately a 10–15-minute walk along the beach from San Juan del Sur’s restaurants, shops, and nightlife. After dark, using one of the host’s trusted local taxi services is recommended for a safe and convenient ride home.

It was an excellent experience. The apartment is very nice and well-equipped, meeting the expectations for a good vacation. María Andrea is a great host. She's attentive during your stay and makes sure you're doing well and feel good. He gave us very good recommendations for places to eat, as well as nice nearby beaches to enjoy.

This place was perfect for my 2 yr old son and husband. We had a blast playing in the pool, it was peaceful, very safe, in close walking distance to the beach and San Juan Del Sur town shops and eating. We will definitely be back. The entire condo is well maintained with very friendly staff and is super clean. Maria the host is super kind, helpful and her staff really do care about their guests. She gave us great local suggestions and supported us quickly with anything that we needed. We can’t say enough good about this place!

If you and your family / friends want to experience San Juan, one of Maria-Andrea's properties will be home base. The places are even better than described, beating expectations. We could not have asked for a better host, based on her local & travel experiences she is so helpful. Not only did Maria-Andrea offer scheduling a trusted, friendly and professional company for seamless transition from the airport to the condo, but she then offered me a ride to pick up my rental vehicle and showed me the lay of the land on the way to Rent-a-Nica. She offers great personality, with strong communication and she'll give you the tools and resources you'll need, putting you at ease for the most enjoyable experience from the moment you step off the plane. Its to many unknowns to piece together on your own, work with a pro to have the best experience possible. Beautiful condo, clean and spacious. Perfect host, readily available, knowledgeable and friendly. Perfecto!!

Great location driveable to town but far enough for peace and quiet. The space is well maintained and the view is phenomenal. Maria Andrea is a very attentive and proactive host who greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had every little thing that we needed for our stay. The gentlemen who worked security were also very kind and helpful. 10/10, would recommend and stay here again! Gracias por todo!

For those looking for a place with a spectacular view in San Juan Sur, this is the place. Accessible, close to the center, very safe, the apartment has all the amenities, spacious, the kitchen has everything you need for long stays, air conditioning in all spaces. There are several beaches nearby, in addition to San Juan Sur. Andrea was amazing, she was always super attentive. At my house I even had a medical emergency and she assisted me the whole time, with transportation to the Hospital that is 5 minutes away. I recommend it 100%.

Maria Andrea is very friendly. Always at the order for any questions, besides that you were very flexible with us regarding check-in and check-out. We were 4 people. The apartment is located in a building, apartment complex overlooking the ocean and Christ of San Juan del Sur. There was a 20kwh restriction per day, which I thought was a good energy-saving initiative by thinking about the ecological theme. We did not use the air conditioners by their own decision which kept us well below the limit and we did not have to pay anything at the end. I would gladly return to Maria Andrea's apartment!

It was a pleasure staying in Maria Andrea's apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were surprised by their hospitality and attention. She provided us with valuable recommendations on places to visit and local restaurants that turned out to be a treat. Had such a great experience. My grandmother was with me and Maria was so accommodating and responsive. She gave us ideas and options of activities for us to do. The view is incredible. The overall stay was a 10/10. I highly recommend. Maria is the sweetest!
