The property can accommodate up to 38 guests, although the booking platform only allows reservations for up to 16 people. Groups exceeding 16 guests will be charged an additional fee for each extra person.

The Space

Located in the heart of the Coffee Cultural Landscape, near the mountains of Pereira and the rural area of Combia, Finca Mi Tierrita is a family-run project with more than two decades of experience welcoming travelers seeking rest, nature, and authentic experiences. Ana and her son, Simón, manage the farm, which has become a pioneering reference for rural tourism in the region.

The property includes two fully independent houses:

• Main House: Four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, hot water, and a fan. The house also features a pool table, satellite television, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and an additional shared bathroom.
• Guest House: Four additional bedrooms with two shared bathrooms. This house is well suited to large groups seeking extra space and independence. It currently does not have hot water.

Together, the property can comfortably accommodate up to 40 people in a setting where nature takes center stage. In the mornings, hummingbirds, bluebirds, canyon wrens, and tanagers bring the gardens to life.

At night, the open sky and campfire provide a peaceful setting to disconnect from the outside world.

Outdoor Areas

The property offers extensive outdoor spaces surrounded by nature, including:

• A soccer field measuring more than 50 meters
• A swimming pool with a children’s area
• A Turkish bath
• A social kiosk
• A campfire area
• Hammocks
• A tejo court
• An outdoor kitchen
• A barbecue

The property is suitable for family events, retreats, sports activities, or simply relaxing in a natural environment.

Guest Access

The entire property is reserved exclusively for your group. Your booking includes access to:

• Both houses
• The gardens
• The swimming pool
• The common areas
• All amenities described in the listing

You will not share the property with other guests or groups.

Property staff may be present at agreed-upon times to provide assistance, cleaning, or additional services while respecting your privacy and peace.

Location

Finca Mi Tierrita is approximately 35 minutes from Pereira. Although the distance may be an important consideration, the property is ideal for guests who want to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and connect with nature.

Important Rules and Considerations

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the property rules:

• Additional guests cost 80,000 COP per person, per night.
• Electronic parties are not permitted.
• Guests must bring large trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and charcoal for the barbecue.
• The Turkish bath may be used for a maximum of two hours per day.

Pet Policy

• The pet fee is 60,000 COP.
• Pets are the guest’s responsibility. The property is not responsible if a pet leaves the property perimeter.
• Pets must not be left locked in bedrooms or hallways, as they may cause damage such as scratches or bites.
• Guests are responsible for covering any damage caused by their pets.
• Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool.
• Noncompliance will be reported to Airbnb for the applicable charge.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is strict. Please review it carefully.

Once the cancellation period permitted by the platform has expired, no refunds will be issued.

Mandatory Registration

Upon arrival, guests must complete the TRA (Accommodation Registration Card) in accordance with Article 22 of Law 2068 of 2020.
