We absolutely loved our stay here! Rooms and bathrooms were fabulous, loved the pool area and access to the beach! We had great boogie boarding right outside our door! All restaurant recommendations from Phillip were fantastic. We found so many fun things to do nearby..we would love to come stay again!

I give this place five stars! 8 adults stayed here and nobody at any moment felt crowded or on top of one another. Everyone has their own mini split ac in each room, which is great for those who like different temps in big groups. The view is spectacular! One oceanfront, one partial and the other overseeing the city/partial ocean view. This suite is close to all the restaurants. A grocery store right across the street. We ventured out with uber. Would most definitely stay here again 🫶🏼

Our stay at Phillip’s Penthouse in Jaco, Costa Rica was absolutely wonderful. The place was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the pictures—if not even better in person. The views of the beach were stunning, especially in the mornings and at sunset. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and that beautiful scenery was one of the highlights of our trip. The penthouse itself was very comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests, and it had all the amenities we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Phillip was also a great host. He was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. It was clear that he cares about making sure guests have a great experience. The location was perfect—close to the beach and convenient to restaurants, shops, and everything Jaco has to offer. Philip was the best host. His place is in a great location with stunning views of the ocean from the wrap around balcony. Philip was also very responsive to questions before and during the trip. The huge bedrooms each have a large bathroom. Highly recommend!!!

We loved staying at the Jaco condo. The 4 bedrooms were spacious for our group of 7. The balconies provided spots for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening, while enjoying the gorgeous ocean view. The town was walkable - everything we needed was close by. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, and we appreciated the provided supplies. The pool was great (especially with the iguanas!) and the security was good. I wish the lighting throughout the condo was dimmable. The harsh bright lights had all the warmth of a surgeon’s operating room, but that’s our only complaint. The a/c works a charm and there was plenty of hot water. We’d stay here again! Oh, there’s a turtle release spot on the beach just south of the condo. I recommend looking for it and watching one of the releases. Very memorable!
