Located just 5 minutes from Antigua Guatemala, one of the country’s most important tourist destinations, this charming home offers easy access to museums, monuments, entertainment centers, restaurants, and many other attractions.

The house is situated within a cozy condominium featuring:

• A security gate
• Lush vegetation
• Well-lit streets
• A peaceful setting ideal for relaxation
• A private water system with filtered, drinkable tap water
• A terrace with an impressive view of Volcán de Agua

House Rules

• This is a family property intended for rest. Scandals, inappropriate behavior, and excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted.
• Music should be kept at a moderate volume between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to avoid disturbing neighbors and other guests.
• Parties and unauthorized visitors are not allowed.
• Firearms are prohibited.
• Do not park on neighbors’ property, obstruct free movement, or block access for other vehicles.
• Campfires are not permitted.
• Please use the trash cans rather than disposing of garbage in the bathrooms.
• Do not leave garbage or cigarette butts in the garden. Please use the designated trash cans.
• One bath towel is provided per guest. Towels may not be used to remove makeup or clean shoes, floors, or other items.
• The maximum occupancy is seven people. No additional guests may enter the property.
• We are not responsible for forgotten belongings.
• Please avoid wearing wet clothing in the beds.
• The room will be provided clean and tidy.
• One set of room keys is provided. A replacement fee applies if the keys are lost.
