We stayed with my family, including a baby (1 year old), and Mabel was extremely helpful in organizing everything, including the baby's crib. Also, a very interesting feature of this Airbnb is that it is "like" a hotel, with a person included who helps cook and clean the flat daily. Having said that, it is NOT a hotel but feels like one. So, you always have someone who keeps the flat clean and cooks delicious food. We definitely recommend it and will be back any time.

This is the second time we've stayed. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It has a spectacular view. Emilse took very good care of us. Every day he prepared delicious food for us, he is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The host was always very attentive and responded quickly to our concerns. I would definitely go back.

Pros: The best part of the place is the amazing ocean view. Having breakfast on the balcony was nice. Our housekeeper was great as well. The owner was responsive to concerns that came up. The home generally looks like that pictures. Plenty of space. Cons: The balcony doors could not be locked and that didn't feel the safest. The curtains are hard to roll up and down bc they are broken. The refrigerator should be replaced, as the inside is worn out and not very appealing. The bathroom shower head literally fell off one morning (the host fixed this promptly). There were bees in the bathroom, despite the door and widow remaining closed. We only had 1 house key for the entire group, which was inconvenient at times. There were ants in the kitchen, despite us not leaving food out. Overall, it's not perfect, but it's a good place. Pretty good value for your money.

The best location with 180 degrees view of the beach/ocean. Luzmilla was the highlight of our stay as she was always there for us and the best Chef by far! Had an issue with the ceiling in the bathroom but was quickly handled by our hosts. For the price paid, we wish use of laundry was included and did not have to pay $2 for each load and had to be done in another location. Other than that, everything was 5*.

Private, quiet and secluded space away from the loud and crazy city. Perfect views from the balcony. Luz made it feel like we were in our own home. The house made the visit and experience in Cartagena so much better than we could imagine

This beautiful and spacious apartment is a gem in Cartagena! We traveled as a multi generational family of 7 (with ages ranging from 4 to 87). The apartment is in an elevator building, it’s immaculately clean, spacious, full of natural light, facing the ocean, has a private entrance to the beach as well as a rooftop pool (which we had to ourselves during the entire 5 day stay) and a gym- everything you need to enjoy a beautiful and luxurious vacation. Ubers had no problem getting to the building and we felt very safe. Luz ,the housekeeper, was a blessing to our family. She refreshes and cleans the apartment daily and her cooking is outstanding- arepas, empanadas, pescado frito with coconut rice, paella, arroz con pollo- take her recommendations because it’s all so delicious!The love that she put into preparing our meals made them extra special and the family time that her care allowed for us as a family is truly priceless! Without a doubt- book this place for your stay- it’s the best!

The pictures of the property do no justice to the place. The apartment is absolutely STUNNING. The location is perfect. I cannot say enough of the housekeeper, Luzmila, she is excellent. She is welcoming and makes you feel at home. I recommend this place 100%. Definitely stay at this apartment again.

Natalia's place was exactly liked the pictures. Condo was very clean. Luz Mila was awesome. She cooked us breakfast and kept the unit clean daily. I would recommend this unit to family & friends. Host was very responsive.
