The Space
This condo offers a comfortable and spacious setting to serve as your private retreat while exploring Tamarindo. It includes air conditioning, cable TV, and internet access. The fully equipped kitchen features:
- Full-sized refrigerator
- Cooktop and oven
- Dishwasher
- Coffee maker
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Blender
- Cookware, flatware, and dishes for six
For your convenience, each registered guest receives a beach towel and bath towel. Hand towels are provided in the bathroom, and kitchen towels are available in the kitchen. Guests will also find biodegradable 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and biodegradable soap in the kitchen. An iron and hair dryer are available for use.
Beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys are accessible within the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Weekly cleaning services are included for stays longer than seven nights, with additional cleanings available for a fee.
Please note that the condo is located on the third floor, and the building does not have an elevator.

Amenities and Guest Access
Guests have access to common area facilities daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., which include:
- Plunge pool
- Shallow pool for children
- Outdoor shower and foot shower
- Gas BBQ grill with grilling tools
- Lounging areas for relaxing or dining outdoors
Additional Information
The condo allows self check-in and is pet-friendly, accommodating up to two pets. Dogs are welcome in common areas but must be leashed. Please obtain approval before bringing pets and inform the host in advance.
Tamarindo is undergoing significant development, so some noise from construction during legal working hours may occur. Native wildlife such as ants, spiders, moths, lizards, flies, beetles, and other small creatures are commonly seen inside or around homes, especially during the rainy season. Guests should expect occasional sightings and take care to store food properly to avoid attracting insects. Pest control measures are in place, and a spray is provided under the kitchen sink. If needed, a handyman can assist with pest control.
Power outages can happen in Costa Rica. If an outage lasts longer than six hours, a 25% refund will be offered for the affected day. No refunds apply for outages shorter than six hours.
You may also encounter wildlife such as howler monkeys, skunks, porcupines, possums, iguanas, and hawks. It is best to observe them from a distance and avoid interaction.
Onsite parking is available but limited to one vehicle. Guests must be able to climb stairs as the condo is on the third floor with no elevator.
Please be aware that noise from streets, construction, and nightlife is possible in the area.

The Mango Condominiums are a terrific place to stay in Tamarindo. Very clean, spacious with a contemporary look. The location is excellent, with outdoor food court across the street, groceries, shops, Starbucks steps away and the beach 3-4 minute walk. Bonus points for offering guests use of beach chairs, cooler, towels, boogie boards etc. Very useful! A bit pricey compared to other places, but it is a high-quality stay. Lastly, both hosts were very responsive and helpful at all times. Would recommend this as top consideration when staying in Tamarindo.

Our stay in Tamarindo was amazing. Our hosts couldn’t be more responsive to questions and requests, replies usually received within minutes. Their property is well maintained and pride of ownership is quite evident. Our unit was meticulously cleaned weekly with friendly reminders the evening prior. Location is everything, close to beaches, shops and entertainment. A variety of grocers within walking distance for almost all your needs. Saturday day morning market with all local vendors, Thursday evening market, taco Tuesday at little Luchas with a great variety of three dollar tacos. Open mic Tuesday evening at Longhorn’s smokehouse where a down east kitchen party evolves weekly. A walk down the beach towards the estuary, up the path to the road, you’ll find soda El Estero where Eric is more than accommodating with filling your plate and belly. Sunday entertainment at Witches Rock and Volcano brewing is a fun afternoon with live music. Sunsets on Tamarindo beach are stunning.

We really enjoyed staying at your condo. It was clean spacious & we felt very safe there. It was a block from the beach & within walking distance to many amenities. Julia was the perfect host & was quick to make us aware of local events that may interest us. She responded immediately to any of our questions. She also accommodated our request for a late check out which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend your condo to any of our friends & if we were to return to Tamarindo we most definitely would stay at your condo again.

The location was perfect, walkable to everything, including the beach access. The designated parking spots was also clutch as other places we looked in town was just first come first serve on the street. Kristin and Julia were super responsive and helpful with every question. Even the recommendations on the events in town were helpful, as we would have never known. There was some construction on the other side and back of the building. This unit was more in the front, you can hear it intermittently during the day, but really didn't bother us and we were out most of the day any way. We'd stay here again if and when we come back.

Kristin’s Airbnb was perfect for our group of 4. It is exactly as described in the pictures. A/C worked perfectly! The beds were super comfortable. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed. It is located in a perfect area within minutes of the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, liquor stores and much more. Kristin and Julia promptly responded to my inquiries. Definitely recommend this Airbnb 100%.
