Restaurants and shops are located outside the building.
A one-time payment of $30,000 COP per person must be made.

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + bathroom + TV + fan + air conditioning
- Bedroom 2: 2 double beds + bathroom + TV + fan + air conditioning
- Bedroom 3: 2 double beds + fan + air conditioning.
- Bedroom 4: 1 double bed + fan + air conditioning. A guest bathroom with shower
The TV is a pay-as-you-go Direct TV (the guest must pay for the TV)
We have Wi-Fi in the apartment!
Other things to note We have a trusted employee who, if you wish, can help you with the kitchen and daily cleaning from 8am to 4pm, for a value of $85,000 per day that you pay her directly.
In the apartment there is equipped with sheets, pillows and towels, in addition to everything you need for your stay.
To make use of the tents, a value of $10,000 COP must be paid by QR code to the guard in charge of the beach area.

The pool has a schedule from 9:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. No food and cigarette consumption are permitted in or within the swimming pool area. Liquor is also not allowed in any presentation, inside the pool or on the edges of it. The entry and use of glasses, bottles or glass items is prohibited in and within the pool area. The liquor bottles must stay at the tables of the kiosk or kioscos playa all the time.
