The villa is accessed through a private gated entrance directly from a paved road. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is not required.

Important Information
Tropical Environment
Costa Rica’s tropical climate supports a wide variety of insects, lizards, rodents, and reptiles. Although the property follows a strict pest-control plan to help keep wildlife outside, occasional encounters with local animals are part of the natural experience and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy.
Pool Maintenance
The maintenance team requires access to the property on Tuesdays and Fridays for pool maintenance.
Utilities
Because the villa is located in the jungle, power outages may occasionally occur due to falling branches or other weather-related issues.
The local water supply comes from nearby springs and may also experience occasional interruptions. Guests are kindly asked to keep these possibilities in mind as part of the rural and natural experience of staying in this area.

The place has a spectacular view. It's private and secure. The house has everything you need to feel right at home. It was too clean. It has a fairly complete kitchen with cooking utensils. We had a very nice weekend

Beautiful property in Uvita with lots of space, an amazing view, and close to everything! Diana and Roberto were great hosts - very responsive, and the property, grounds, and pool are well maintained. The kitchen is well appointed and there is plenty of closet storage in the bedrooms. There is even a fancy tablet that provides options for food and grocery delivery and other services like massages. Stunning views overlooking the ocean every evening and tons of wildlife on the property made it so relaxing to sit outside and just enjoy being present. Highly recommend!

The place has a dreamy view. The house is beautiful and in excellent condition. We really enjoyed the pool area, the hammocks, and the kitchen. Bahía Ballena is very nice and it was very interesting for everyone. Uvita is full of attractions. Access is a bit inconvenient due to the geography of the area, and a 4WD vehicle is required. Villa Buenos Tiempos is worth visiting and enjoying. ❤️ We had sunsets, a meteor shower, and even a spectacular thunderstorm.

Well, first of all, the house is nicer in person than in the photos. The living room is very spacious and the rooms are super comfortable. Diana is an excellent host. She was super attentive to a problem we had with the refrigerator on the first day (nothing major) and they resolved it very quickly. Very grateful and happy with the stay

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful home! The view alone is worth every penny, and when you layer the upscale house, lush gardens and gorgeous pool it really doesn’t get any better. We wish we’d been able to stay longer. The house has everything you need, everything worked perfectly as described and the rooms each have an attached bathroom. My kids loved their room with the double beds. The only thing we’d change is bringing more people to enjoy it with us - it is spacious in the main house, and we didn’t even get to use the casita. It would’ve been a perfect spot for grandma. I also appreciated how communicative Roberto was - he was able to give us activity recommendations and answer every question. We’ll definitely be back!

Our visit to this villa was a family vacation and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the ocean views completely stole the show. Whether I was having my morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery never got old. We thought the living area inside was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The open layout made it feel airy and comfortable, and there was more than enough room to spread out and truly settle in. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The property managers, Roberto & Diana, were also very helpful. Whenever we had a question they were always available with a quick reply. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the house. We even brought along my mom who appreciated her separate living space in the casita. We would totally stay here again!

The home was beautiful and our family enjoyed our stay very much. Our children were super excited for the amazing pool. The hosts were great and responsive and we really loved the place. We hope to return when we are visiting Costa Rica again.
