This single-level home is situated within Palmilla’s gated community, Oceano Altas, overlooking the 5th hole fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and the Sea of Cortez. Recently remodeled, the villa is part of the exclusive Palmilla Community, renowned for its luxurious residences and proximity to Palmilla Beach, just a 5-minute golf cart ride or 10-minute walk away.

The villa features four tastefully decorated bedrooms and four full bathrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and furnished with luxury linens and bath toiletries. Two master suites include king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs, and sliding doors that open to the backyard.

The guest bedroom offers two queen-size beds, a smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and sliding doors leading to an interior courtyard with a fountain. This courtyard features two swing chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and a dedicated workspace, ideal for guests needing to work remotely.

The fully equipped kitchen includes brand new stainless steel appliances and a wet bar with a fridge for preparing drinks. The spacious living room invites gathering with friends and family and opens onto the outdoor terrace.

The outdoor area features a private heated pool, jacuzzi, lounge chairs for sunbathing, a built-in BBQ area for cookouts, and an outdoor shower for convenience.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the private pool, jacuzzi, garage, and golf cart. The home is designed to provide all the comforts needed to feel at home.

The bedrooms are bright and airy, with two master suites opening onto private patios for guests seeking privacy and quiet.

• Small children must be supervised at all times. Adults are responsible for child safety due to hazards such as the pool and jacuzzi, which have no gates.

• External vendors are not permitted on the property. Trusted vendors can be recommended through the concierge service.
• Monthly reservations are accepted; however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month may apply. Please confirm before booking.
