Nice center island location, private bath for each BR, balconies off upper bedrooms, nice pool to cool off in while enjoying the beach views. Beach area is not the most swimmable if that is a must feature for your group. Communication and check in were just fine, would recommend.

Excellent stay and we would definitely book again. Every bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The location is great—close to restaurants, bars, and activities while still feeling peaceful. A few helpful notes: there are no TVs, and two upstairs bedrooms are accessed by a staircase that is not air-conditioned. The house provided two beach towels per room and four bath towels per bathroom, but heavy beach and pool users may want extras. The pool was the perfect temperature day and night. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to breathtaking sunrises. A huge shoutout to Chema, the concierge. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made our stay so much easier. His recommendations and assistance truly enhanced our trip. Beautiful home, amazing views, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend!

Very nice centrally located home with ocean views and private pool. Close to the Brewery one of our favorites on the island. My only negative is the the upstairs rooms having to access from the out it was quite a bit of noise on a couple of nights. No fault of owner just how it is. Overall a had a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a great view of beautiful sunrises each morning. The beach was nice to sit at but because the area is very rocky and the water is rough so we couldn’t get in the water. There are so many great places close by, especially the isla brewing company which is within walking distance. The area felt very safe. We would recommend this home!

This place is amazing. Great location. Private beach. Private pool. Everything you need is here. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach towels were nice. We came with our 3 boys ages 6-14 and we all fit very comfortably here. The kitchen and patio were a great gathering spot. Many great places to eat nearby. We used a golf cart all week but if you are walking, this is a great option. The concierge at this air bnb was the best of the best. He was incredibly helpful from the moment we connected until the moment we left. You can’t go wrong with this spot. It’s magical.

Great nice clean place! As far as the noise it’s unavoidable with all the scooter traffic, not blaming the host at all. We loved the location because it’s kinda in the middle, easy to get downtown and easy to get to the south side of the island. The house is located in great place for multiple restaurants. The Beach is absolutely breathtaking right out the back door with easy access to!!!! Overall we would give 9.9 out of 10 for this house….

The beach is swimmable at this Airbnb! We still drove down to North beach a few times to swim, but it was amazing to be able to get out and play in our backyard. No one else was around. Most places here only have a view of the water but this one has access to the water. The wayer clarity was great (August) and gentle waves. You had to walk over some seaweed only on the beach but not where you swam. You need beach shoes because it is rocky. (Too much for grandparents). Pool was refreshing and so necessary to cool down. It was shaded in the early morning and the late afternoon. AC worked well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and own AC. Upstairs bedrooms very private and only accessible via a spiral staircase. My husband and I took the downstairs bedroom and gave our teenagers the upper rooms. I had to text or call the kids to tell them anything. We walked to a few restaurants and drove our golf cart to other restaurants, the main drag, or the grocery store. I would stay here again!
