The Space

This renovated beachfront villa on Playa Redonda features three bedrooms and is located just steps from the beach. Playa Redonda is recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in Nicaragua.

The rental includes:

• One two-story master suite with a king bed and two sofa sleepers
• A full kitchen and living area in the master suite
• Two smaller treehouse-style units, each with a queen bed
• Private decks for each villa
• Bathrooms with showers
• Refrigerators and coffee makers in each unit

The pool is exclusive to the villas and faces the beach. An outdoor grill is also available.

Villa Layout

The property, called Urraca, consists of three separate private beachfront villas arranged around a plunge pool overlooking the beach.

• The two side villas each have:

  • Private beachfront decks
  • Queen suites with attached bathrooms
  • Dedicated workspaces

• The master suite is located directly behind the pool and features:

  • Two stories
  • Full kitchen, living room, and half bathroom on the ground floor
  • King bed, teakwood shower, and full bathroom upstairs
  • Decks on both floors with views of the beach and Redonda Bay

All villas are equipped with air conditioning.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to all three villas and the pool, except for owner and maintenance closets.

• An extra fee applies for groups over four people ($20 per person per night).
• Beach restaurant hours vary by season and may be closed during slow periods. Please inquire for current information.
• Water taxis can be arranged for dining, surfing, surf lessons with local instructors, or fishing trips departing from the beach in front of the villa.

• For guests working remotely, the villas offer stable internet and three separate workspaces.
