The Space
Enjoy a renovated beachfront three-bedroom villa on Playa Redonda, just steps from the beach. Playa Redonda is considered one of Nicaragua’s most beautiful beaches.
Urraca includes three separate private villas arranged around a plunge pool overlooking the beach:
- Two side villas, each featuring:
- A private beachfront deck
- A queen bedroom suite with an attached bathroom
- A dedicated workspace
- A two-story master suite located directly behind the pool, featuring:
- A full kitchen
- A living room
- A half bathroom downstairs
- A king bed upstairs
- A teakwood shower and full bathroom upstairs
- Decks on both floors with views of the beach and Redonda Bay
Each villa includes a private deck, a bathroom with a shower, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. All villas have air conditioning, and an outdoor grill is also available.
An additional fee of $20 per person per night applies to groups of more than four guests.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to all three villas and the pool, except for the owner and maintenance closets.

We also provide a list of nearby activities and restaurants. The new road to San Juan del Sur is now open.
Dining
The beach restaurant’s hours vary by season and it is often closed during the slow season. Please inquire for current availability.
Remote Work
Working remotely is convenient here, with stable internet and three separate workspaces throughout the villas.
Travel Insurance
When booking a future date, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. It is inexpensive and may provide a refund in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

We had a relaxing trip at Jon’s place. The Urraca’s are beautiful, we did a sunset horse ride and the pool was amazing. The views are spectacular. Thank you for the hospitality. The WiFi was a spotty during our stay so if you plan to work remote have a back up plan.

The entrance was very easy to find. Everything was very tidy. It has all the kitchen utensils. The bedrooms were very well organized, and the view of the beach was very nice. Above all, the host was very friendly. I would definitely stay at this beautiful place again.

Vila Urraca was a peaceful getaway! Host is super friendly and accomplished! The beach is right in front of the house and we could leave doors and windows open as there was not many mosquitoes, surprisingly. We had a great family time!

We absolutely loved our stay here! This place truly feels like a dream—peaceful, beautiful, and wonderfully remote. The house itself was lovely and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed having the beach right there. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy some quiet time away from everything. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, the accommodations were great, and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We honestly didn’t want to leave and would happily come back again. This is a special place, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jon’s place. The place was spotless clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is right on a private beach which made for incredibly peaceful and scenic mornings. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape !
