Nice house and good view from the roof garden, but with several problems that affected the stay: one of the two access controls did not work, the hot water only came out warm, one sink was unusable due to a broken pipe, one bathroom smelled bad, and the advertised barbecue was rusty and unusable (they later brought a small replacement), and the indoor pool had too much chlorine. The area didn't feel safe either. For the price, we expected more.

It came loose, and I would glue it back on. In this place, an excellent location, our family was accommodated well. We enjoyed all the amenities of the house and the distance to the boardwalk is not two blocks, which made it very easy for us to walk most of the time. There are all kinds of stores a few blocks away. The manager always communicated with respect and attended to us whenever we needed her. We had no problems. We hope to return soon.

This place is beautiful, but it’s not suitable for the elderly or disabled. My son is disabled and it was a challenge to get up and down. As you arrive, it has a circle of stairs to reach the first floor then it has stairs to the second floor to the third floor patio area their stairs to the pool. There are lots of stairs. They fail to say in post that there are lots of stairs. The house also doesn’t have hot water everyone in my party complained about this 🥶 The house itself is beautiful spacious safe and in a good area to walk to the Malecon .The host were also wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a very nice and pleasant property, with an excellent location and a beautiful view. It's a bit tricky for older people because of the stairs, but for a family trip it's perfect. Recommended 10/10

It is an awesome location love it. swimming pool is perfect temperature the view is just awesome. Highly recommended. Most definitely will be back I will recommend to friends and family

The next door neighbors were very loud early in the morning and made it hard to relax and sleep. The showers did not all have hot water.

The house was very clean and appears well maintained, it is within walking distance of the malecón and has a great view from the top terrace, we spent most nights there.
