Spacious Family Friendly 3-Bedroom Condo & Pool

Less than an hour from Liberia Airport, Palmas de Tamarindo, Villareal is located just 10 minutes away from the Tamarindo beach. This is a safe and family-friendly complex away from the busy tourist area, but with easy access to everything you need. Your family will be very comfortable in this spacious 3 bedroom condo with a beautiful pool and in-suite laundry! The space The condo is located in the town of Villareal, just ten minutes from Tamarindo Beach, this spacious and comfortable condominium is located at elegant Palmas de Tamarindo Resort in Villareal, a gated condo community featuring a large swimming pool, BBQ area, and 24h security. It’s also a great base of operations for all of the outdoor activities in the Gold Coast: sailing, snorkeling, surfing, ziplines, ATVs, horseback rides, volcanos, and more! The community is a mixture of vacation rentals, owner occupied, and long-term tenants so you will have the opportunity to meet people who call Palmas de Tamarindo home, many of whom have relocated to Costa Rica from all over the world, a great way to get the best local recommendations! **Please note that the complex is expanding and there is construction happening on site. There is a new building going up across from us, so there is construction noise on weekdays during the day. We don't find it that disruptive, but if you like to sleep in this may bother you, so please be aware before booking. ** There are two large outdoor balconies that overlook the pool and the mountains beyond. The condo is actually two units that were combined during construction, so there is ample space! Walk inside and you’ll find the first of two spacious living areas, set up for conversation and opens to the balcony with a view directly over the swimming pool and gardens. The second living area is setup with a smart TV. The connected dining area seats six while the kitchen also has a breakfast bar. You’ll also find a desk if needed. The well appointed kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, oven/stove combo, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware and more. Sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 2 single beds). The master bedroom has an ensuite, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a half bathroom for guests. Each bedroom has a full closet and separate AC unit and includes linens, towels and beach towels. Additional areas include a separate laundry area with washer/dryer and two large balconies overlooking the pool. We provide an opening amount of basic household supplies (soap, toilet paper, etc). You will need to bring your own personal hygiene items (i.e shampoo, conditioner etc). We suggest drinking bottled water, which is available for purchase in the grocery store (SuperCompro) next store to us. It is safe to wash food and brush your teeth with the tap water. We ask that you use bottled water to make coffee as the minerals in the tap water are hard on the machine. The complex is walking distance to a large grocery store so it is easy to stock up on the supplies you need for your visit! There is a fitness centre in the complex next door that is open 8am-8pm and is pay per use (approx 4USD). There is also a few local restaurants in walking distance. The town of Tamarindo is a 10 minute drive or $10 Taxi, where you will find so many stores, restaurants, bars, and activities. Villareal is the ideal central location with easy access by car to nearby beaches, but out of the hustle of the busy tourist areas of Tamarindo. You have access to all the amenities and activities, but a more local, relaxed vibe staying in this location. Pura Vida! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit. Other things to note This unit is on the second floor that has stairs to access. There is no elevator.
