The Space

This spacious three-bedroom condominium is part of the elegant Palmas de Tamarindo Resort, a gated community featuring a large swimming pool, BBQ area, and 24-hour security. The condo itself was created by combining two units during construction, providing ample living space.

Inside, you will find:

• Two large outdoor balconies with views of the pool and surrounding mountains
• Two comfortable living areas: one arranged for conversation overlooking the pool and gardens, and another equipped with a smart TV
• A dining area with seating for six
• A well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, oven/stove combo, cookware, and a breakfast bar
• A desk area for work or study

Sleeping arrangements include:

• Three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two single beds
• The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom
• The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom
• An additional half bathroom for guests
• Each bedroom has a full closet, individual air conditioning unit, and comes with linens, towels, and beach towels

• Separate laundry area with washer and dryer
• Basic household supplies provided (soap, toilet paper, etc.)
• Guests should bring personal hygiene items such as shampoo and conditioner

Please note that the complex is currently expanding, with construction occurring on a new building across from the condo. Weekday daytime noise may be noticeable, which could affect those who prefer to sleep in.

Villareal offers a more relaxed, local atmosphere while providing easy access to the vibrant town of Tamarindo, just a 10-minute drive or $10 taxi ride away. Tamarindo features numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities.
