Extremely convenient location, pleasant to Playa Grande, well stocked kitchen, great air conditioning in the bedrooms. The home had many nice touches and decorations. Excellent security.

Awesome place, helpful and responsive. Place is close to Playa Grande. Pizza Place is nice as well. A bit expensive, but very big. Apartment is clean, and in a calm area. TV with a lot of channels. Everything was as advertised.

Our family had a great time at Mattia's. From the monkeys and iguanas to the neighbor's dog, whom our kid's dubbed "Pickles," the animals were great. It feels fairly private despite being surrounded by some great local businesses. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Perfect place for our needs! Was able to sit outside and watch the monkeys! Close to food and still a reasonable walk (about 15min) to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mattias place. we had plenty of room for the three of us. The kitchen was fully stocked and walkable to local restaurantsand shops. The beach was about 15- 20min walk from the house, so we chose to drive. beach parking was Easy.

This is a great place to stay in Playa Grande. There are several restaurants, shops and groceries within a 5-minute walk from the house. The beach is only a 10-minute walk. The kitchen is stocked with every kind of utensil you would ever need, but, if you plan to cook, you will need to get staples such as cooking oil, salt, coffee, etc. at the little grocery store down the road. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. There is a resident family of howler monkeys in the area and they are quite vocal at night. I would happily stay here again.
