House Information
- Cleaning personnel are available from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- The pool can be heated to 80°F for an additional fee. It is not a jacuzzi.
- Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. or later.
House Rules
- Smoking: This unit is smoke-free. Evidence of smoking will result in the complete forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Events and gatherings: The property has a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any kind. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Visitors: Guests must notify the host in advance if they plan to have visitors during their stay. A maximum of five visitors is permitted inside the unit, and a maximum of two visitors is permitted in any building amenities. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
- Open flames: Open flames are not permitted, including but not limited to candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, and cigars.
- Filming and photo shoots: If you or your company would like to use the space for film, television, music videos, or photo or film shoots, please contact the host through the site’s messaging system to discuss details, approvals, and pricing.
- Illegal activity and substances: The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property. It may also involve law enforcement.

This was the second time we stayed here and it is even more beautiful than I had remembered. It is a steep walk down to the lake and a long walk back up but it is worth it. We were able to book a private tour and the launcha picked us up at the private pier. We paid extra to have the pool heated and that also was totally worth it. We had a large group and they all enjoyed it.

We went with my family. The house is spectacular. It's a mansion Beautiful with an amazing view!!! The photos posted don't do it justice!!! The rooms are super comfortable, and you can see the lake from anywhere in the house!!!! The kitchen is beautiful, the living room has a TV to watch a movie with the family!! Heated pool, barbecue, you can access the lake by going down the stairs (there are several but it's worth it. During my two-day stay we went up and down about 4 times. It's very safe, there are breaks) and when you get there there's a pergola that's ideal for a barbecue!! We bathed in the lake. The people who helped us in the kitchen were super friendly!!! The housekeeper helped us at all times!!! We will definitely return to the house and the experience was amazing!!!

Very nice place, the photos don't do it justice... we had a good time as a family, the service was good, the facilities well cared for, clean, quiet and you enjoy nature... Pd. it's worth paying for the pool heating

Beautiful home...BUT BEWARE. The home is very beautiful and comfortable. Some of the amenities(washer/dryer and dishwasher) listed are not available. The paddleboat slip is extremely slippery and dangerous. I slipped and got a concussion and thankfully my sister was with me and was able to pull me out. PLEASE be very careful as there is no warning signs or rope to climb back on. Do not go down to the lake by yourself.

I can simply say that I exceed our expectation the accommodation, everything is very nice, the host and the service people are super attentive and friendly
