The Space
The house is located next to a garden, so insects, birds, mosquitoes, and arachnids may occasionally be present due to its proximity to nature, particularly during the rainy season. We appreciate your understanding and respect for these animals, as they are part of the natural environment and their presence is beyond our control.
Other Things to Note
For hygiene and safety reasons, the kitchen is not stocked with oil, condiments, or other ingredients. If you plan to cook during your stay, we recommend bringing your own supplies.

Very nice beach house, away from downtown Huatulco, so the silence was noticeable. A very quiet area and the view of the bay was spectacular. It's just that they should extend the pool hours, since they turn it off at 9 pm.

The place is beautiful and has a great view, I wasn’t aware there is no way to walk down to the beach so if you don’t have a car and don’t want to keep paying taxis keep that in mind. I did ask about early suitcase drop off and never got a reply, but maybe it was just a one time thing. If you’re wanting more of a city destination, this is not it but if you want more of a private getaway to stay indoors I definitely recommend it.

The access to the place is very poorly maintained; none of the lights along the way to get there work, and the place is overgrown with weeds. It is very dangerous to walk there at night if you don't have a car; the place is very dark. The house is very well lit, but the access is not. Regular cleaning; the sheets and pillowcases were dirty and smelled bad.
