The Space

This magnificent seven-bedroom house accommodates up to 16 guests. Although it is set in the countryside, the property is only five minutes from Armenia and 10 minutes from the airport.

The expansive grounds include an agricultural operation. Depending on the season, you may see cocoa trees, avocado trees, and other crops. Endemic birds inhabit the property, which features lush tropical gardens and spectacular views from the second floor. The setting is especially beautiful at sunset.

Enjoy Colombia’s year-round spring-like weather and cool evenings. Take a dip in the jacuzzi or private pool, enjoy a traditional Colombian lunch prepared by the housekeeper, or relax in one of the hammocks.

Extra guests may be accommodated only upon special request and confirmation, at a cost of $50 USD per guest per night for each guest beyond the 16-person capacity.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the house and its amenities, including a prearranged tour through the farm plantations.

House Guide and Exclusive Services

Mandatory Staff Service

To help ensure a restful stay, trusted staff are provided for daily cleaning, meal preparation, and general support.

• Cost: 100,000 COP, approximately $25 USD, per day and per staff member
• Staff allocation: Groups of up to eight guests require one staff member. Groups of nine or more require two staff members.
• Payment: Paid directly to the staff in cash before check-out
• Cultural note: In Colombia, it is customary to share the meals prepared with the staff.
• Important: This service is separate from the Airbnb cleaning fee, which covers only the deep cleaning and disinfection of the property before arrival and after departure.

Laundry Service

For convenience and to ensure proper care of the appliances, the laundry area is operated exclusively by the staff.

• The reservation includes two complimentary daily loads for the group’s clothing worn during the stay.
• This service is intended only for clothing used during the reservation and does not cover suitcases filled with laundry accumulated from previous trips.
• Beginning with the third load on the same day, an additional fee of 35,000 COP applies per load.

Jacuzzi and Relaxation

• Jacuzzi use is included for up to three hours per day.
• Each additional three-hour period costs 150,000 COP.

Occupancy and Additional Guests

• The base rate covers up to 10 guests.
• Starting with the 11th guest, an additional fee of $25 USD per person per night applies.

Check-in and Check-out

• Flexible check-out: If no reservation is scheduled to arrive on your departure day, check-out time may be flexible.
• Back-to-back bookings: When new guests are arriving on the same day, the check-out time must be observed so the team can thoroughly prepare the property for the next arrival.
