Castillo de Arena is a private beachfront residence featuring four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The home offers approximately 3,500 square feet of air-conditioned interior space. Its distinctive design, stunning views, and prime location create an ideal retreat.
The property includes a generous pool area equipped with a jacuzzi, barbecue, and swim-up bar. The upper floor terrace provides an excellent vantage point to enjoy both Baja sunsets and sunrises. Guests have direct access to a private beach. The villa adheres to CDC cleaning standards.

Guest Access and Booking Requirements
- Maximum occupancy: 10 people
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Holiday minimum stay (December 20 to January 4): 7 nights
- If booking includes both December 25 and 31, a minimum stay of 11 nights is required

The villa was gorgeous. The amazing views are so relaxing. We will definitely return whenever we are in Cabo.

we loved our stay! The home was beautiful and beach was perfect and ultra private. We were only ones there other than staff/security working the grounds. Felt incredibly safe and looked after. Its a 20min ride into San Jose town center and about 1 hr to San Lucas, ubers are a bit far but was worth every penny. I was on a girls trip but would bring the family here for sure! Thanks to Nicole for coordinating groceries, car services, food and activities for us!!

Maria and Nicol behaved incredible, always attentive and especially attentive to our family, there were always recommendations and since our arrival they were aware of all our needs and flexible. The place, the ultimate incredible view, comes back .

We had a fantastic stay at El Encanto de la Laguna Villas. The Villa was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The heated pool was amazing with a swim up bar and jacuzzi. The views of the sea were amazing. The resort was very quiet and safe. Maria and Roberto were extremely responsive and helped us book taxis, book excursions, massages, etc. There is a restaurant in the resort that has very great food and service. Also, a gym that is very well equipped. We would definitely return!!

Beautifully appointed home! As a luxury vacation rental owner, I can say that they thought of everything. I would absolutely return! The beach is quiet and great for a long walk. We loved seeing whales from the pool. I can't say enough great things! Roberto and Maria could not have been nicer or more helpful! Thank you!

Wow!! We had an absolutely incredible time at El Encanto. It is exactly as pictured, if not better. The location and views and just perfect, the pool and the surroundings were amazing. The staff was incredible, Susana was so helpful leading up to our stay as well as during and after when we realized we left some things! Cannot say enough good things and we will absolutely be back
