The Space

It is located just minutes from beautiful beaches, Mayan ruins, and lively nightlife, making it an ideal base to relax, explore, and connect with nature.

The complex includes a shared swimming pool and numerous amenities such as a barbecue grill, pool lounges, free Wi-Fi, dining tables, a gym, pool table, ping pong, pinball, and a climbing wall. Situated within a private complex with 24/7 security, the property provides a private parking spot for one car and two bicycles for exploring Tulum.

Inside the home:

• First floor: Living room with a 60-inch TV, restroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area for eight, and a patio.
• Second floor: Three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
• Third floor: Full bathroom, living room with a 50-inch TV, and a sofa bed that can serve as a fourth bedroom with privacy due to its own door. This floor also features a terrace with lounges and a plunge pool.

All kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning for your comfort.

The common area of the development will be closed for upgrades from September 8th to November 30th. During this period, it will remain unavailable as improvements are made to create a more refined and welcoming space for future visits.

Please note that the house itself is entirely private, including its rooftop, private pool, and exclusive amenities. This ensures a tranquil and stylish stay without the need to share any facilities. Your experience will remain comfortable, relaxing, and elegant, with a home designed solely for your use.

Natural Surroundings

You will be immersed in lush jungle life—waking to birdsong, feeling the fresh breeze through the trees, and occasionally encountering butterflies, geckos, ants, and mosquitoes. While efforts are made to minimize their presence, these elements are part of the authentic charm that defines Tulum.

Water and Electricity

Utilities in the area are limited and costly. Occasional brief interruptions may occur but are quickly resolved and rarely affect your stay. Guests are encouraged to conserve energy by turning off lights and air conditioning when not in use. This helps protect the environment and prevents additional electricity charges, ensuring a worry-free and comfortable visit.

Drainage System

Tulum’s drainage connects directly to the aquifer that feeds its cenotes and jungle. For this reason, please avoid flushing paper or foreign objects down the toilet. Use the provided bins instead. This simple action helps protect the water, prevent contamination, and preserve the natural beauty that makes Tulum special.

Development in the Area

Tulum is still developing, and you may hear some daytime activity nearby. However, there is no construction immediately around the property, and evenings remain peaceful, allowing you to enjoy serene nights beneath the starry jungle sky.
