The Space

Casa Mirador is a beautiful vacation home spread across three levels, with bedrooms located on each floor. The villa features a unique two-level pool connected by a water slide, a swim-up bar, outdoor dining areas, and an expansive sun deck with ample seating.

Each bedroom includes a balcony with a seating area, offering spectacular views. The entire home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

Inside, the main level offers a cozy living room with a large-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The pool deck includes a covered rancho with a swim-up bar, a gas barbecue grill, and an outdoor dining space. Additionally, there are two more outdoor dining areas adjacent to the main floor and seating areas on each bedroom balcony—perfect for enjoying tropical drinks or a relaxing morning coffee.

This contemporary villa has six bedrooms and five full bathrooms. An expandable bed and a futon bed can be added to any room, increasing the sleeping capacity to 16 guests. With numerous balconies, sun decks, and gathering spots, the home comfortably accommodates large groups.

Please note that although the villa has six bedrooms, the rate shown for groups of eight or fewer guests includes access to only four bedrooms. To use five bedrooms, adjust the guest count to 10, and for all six bedrooms, select 12 guests. Rates are based on two people per bedroom. Upon arrival, all bedrooms will be accessible for you to choose your preferred rooms; the remaining bedrooms will be closed and not rented to other guests during your stay. Rates are adjusted to offer a discount if you do not use all bedrooms.

Guest Access

• For last-minute reservations within 60 days of arrival, a refundable cash deposit of $400 to $500 (depending on group size) is required at check-in to cover any potential damages or missing items.
• The villa is private for your group only; you will not share the space with other guests.

1. Hosts will maintain social distancing during your arrival.
2. Hand sanitizer gel is available at the front door entrance for guest use at any time.

5. The villa is exclusively reserved for your group, ensuring no shared spaces with others.
