The Space
Casa Mirador is a beautiful vacation home spread across three levels, with bedrooms located on each floor. The villa features a unique two-level pool connected by a water slide, a swim-up bar, outdoor dining areas, and an expansive sun deck with ample seating.
Each bedroom includes a balcony with a seating area, offering spectacular views. The entire home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
Inside, the main level offers a cozy living room with a large-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The pool deck includes a covered rancho with a swim-up bar, a gas barbecue grill, and an outdoor dining space. Additionally, there are two more outdoor dining areas adjacent to the main floor and seating areas on each bedroom balcony—perfect for enjoying tropical drinks or a relaxing morning coffee.
This contemporary villa has six bedrooms and five full bathrooms. An expandable bed and a futon bed can be added to any room, increasing the sleeping capacity to 16 guests. With numerous balconies, sun decks, and gathering spots, the home comfortably accommodates large groups.
Please note that although the villa has six bedrooms, the rate shown for groups of eight or fewer guests includes access to only four bedrooms. To use five bedrooms, adjust the guest count to 10, and for all six bedrooms, select 12 guests. Rates are based on two people per bedroom. Upon arrival, all bedrooms will be accessible for you to choose your preferred rooms; the remaining bedrooms will be closed and not rented to other guests during your stay. Rates are adjusted to offer a discount if you do not use all bedrooms.

- The villa is private for your group only; you will not share the space with other guests.

We, a group of 14 people from 4 families, spent 4 days at the sloth house during Christmas holiday and had wonderful time. The house has the great location and the water slide in the pool is a huge plus for our boys. Carlos, our onsite manager is very friendly, responsive, flexible and helpful. He made reservations for all the activities and restaurants. Great service!

We had a great stay in Quepos. David our concierge was very reactive and gave us some good recommendations. The place is perfect for a group of 8 people. The location is great and we saw some wild animals in the garden. Pura Vida !!

My family of 7 and I loved our stay at Casa Mirador! The house was super comfortable with such great AC and a wonderful bedroom layout for our family. The lower level has two bedrooms that are connected by a sliding mirror door. This was perfect for part of our family with young kids, but wouldn’t be ideal for everyone. We so enjoyed watching wildlife from all the decks and especially that fabulous pool area. We had toucans visiting the tree within the pool area, were thrilled to watch many scarlet macaws fly over and perch in nearby trees, watched squirrel monkeys hop through the branches of trees right next to the front deck, and watched agoutis and white tailed deer...all from our decks or the pool. The pool, swim-up bar, and water slide were just delightful, and it was so great to have that nice outdoor grill and covered table for outdoor dining. I heartily recommend Casa Mirador!

The space is beautiful and clean. Really enjoyed it with my family. The kids loved the slide and the pool. Please do bring all spices including salt if your planning to cook.

Beautiful and spacious home. Views and landscaping were appreciated. Enjoyed pool and grilling area. Concierge service was exceptional!! David arranged outings, dinner reservations, chef services, taxi and beach services and the group of 8 adults were very thankful and greatful for his attention to detail!!

We LOVED the pool! the slide is so much fun. Location was great, 15 min drive to the forest. There is sooo much space in this airbnb, so many bathrooms and TWO washer driers! We were working remotely and the internet was about 15-30mbps which was sufficient but on the lower side.

The house location was great, convenient to restaurants and beach. The concierge services were also outstanding. We did activities every day and had a blast. People in Costa Rica are always so friendly. The pool was a lot of fun in between adventures.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Such a beautiful country and such a beautiful home. Three levels of bedrooms and bathrooms really gave everyone their space with an inviting kitchen and family room on the main floor to spend time together. The pool and outdoor area has everything you could think of. A spacious prep kitchen, beautiful outdoor dining table, plenty of comfy lounge chairs, multiple covered areas to enjoy the outdoors in and out of the sun and in case of rain. An outdoor outlet to charge phones, swim up bar area, outdoor shower, plenty of towels and of course the super fun pool slide all beautifully lit at night. Our family had so much fun just at this home, but also appreciated both Gary and David arranging excursions and taxis for us. They were so helpful and prompt answering our requests. Very safe area with walkable market and lovely restaurant. We even saw a sloth crossing the road one day. Thank you for a very memorable stay.
