Guest Access
- From Managua: The villa is approximately a 2-hour drive from Managua city center or the airport to Playa Guasacate. Simply follow the signs or use GPS for easy navigation.
- Airport Transfer: Transportation can be arranged upon request for your convenience.
- Villa Access: Upon arriving in Playa Guasacate, continue on the main road until you see the Mahalo sign on the right. It is clearly visible.
- Beach Access: The beach is only about 30 meters away, perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets and ocean swims.
Additional Information
- Groceries: La Colonia supermarket is a convenient stop on the way from Managua or Rivas for all your supplies. Alternatively, a mini-market is located in Playa Guasacate about a 10-minute walk away, though prices may be higher.
- Drinking Water: Tap water is not recommended for drinking in Nicaragua. A 20-liter bottle of drinking water will be provided upon arrival. Replacement bottles can be ordered from the restaurant and added to your bill.
- Air Conditioning: All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.
- Electricity: A backup generator is available to ensure continuous power throughout your stay.
- Tranquility: The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation.

A very nice villa just steps from the beach. The photos accurately represented the place. We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort. We liked that there was a place to wash off the sand outside the house, so we didn't make a mess inside. The staff were super attentive. We would definitely go again.

A spectacular place with everything you need for your stay. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Having a private pool is a plus and it's completely worth it. Overall, it's excellent and I'd come back to Mahalo in the future. Thank you!

Loved it so much, we came back a second time! A perfect weekend getaway for our small family. We love the loft set-up, so our boys have their own space. Minutes from the beach, everything you could need in the kitchen. So happy we found this place!

What a perfect villa for me, my daughter and her boyfriend. Karina, the site manager, was so helpful. I was able to ask many questions before arriving making everything feel seamless once we were at the gorgeous villa. We used the pool after long days at the beach, ate breakfast on site each morning and ate at all the recommended restaurants. We cannot wait to return! It was such a relaxing few days!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay! It was just the right size with everything we needed. Great restaurants within walking distance and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook simple meals (oil, salt, etc.) The coffee was a nice touch too. Highly recommend!
